First lady Michelle Obama says that she had no idea of the breadth of sacrifices made by members of the military and their families before entering the White House.
"My connection to military life was pretty tangential," she said in an interview with ABC News set to air Tuesday. "Most Americans like me, they just don't have a clear idea of the sacrifice these men and women and their families make."
"I won't be satisfied -- nor will my husband -- until every single veteran and military spouse who wants a job has one. All of you deserve nothing less. Nothing less," she told ABC News.

She had and still has little understanding of what it means to be American!
Imagine —all that for a flag
Tell everyone to vote the grifters out on November 6th.
it is called LACK OF EXPERIENCE and is why you and your dumbass husband should never have made it to the White House
You just know someone handed her a sheet of paper and said “Here, go read this in front of those people.”
Volumes could hold the things Michelle knew “little about”. I’d include fashion.
Typical Commie-lib attitude from Mooch-Hell: Members of the armed forces and their families are “victims”
She still doesn’t. Her husband is protected from all harm in EVERY aspect of his life. He even has people guarding him while he takes a dump.
Meanwhile, our soldiers are forced to take dumps in the brush and having to bury it afterwards. In some of those places its like trying to wipe your but with sandpaper......
“And let me tell you something — for the first time in
my adult lifetime, I am really proud of my country. “
-Michelle Obama - March 2008
The whole lot of them make me sick.
” “I won’t be satisfied — nor will my husband — until every single veteran and military spouse who wants a job has one.”
” “I won’t be satisfied — nor will my husband — until every single veteran and military spouse is denied the right to vote
or their vote is either not counted, or is disqualified”
There,.... fixed it.
And what about the sacrifice your team is trying to force on the military to give up their right to vote! They can’t even vote for that SOB you call your husband. Meanwhile you sacrifice nothing.
Obama plans to resurrect the Civilian Conservation Corps in his second term.
We could fill the universe with what MO doesn’t understand!
Does she realize what it cost to take care of her?
“I won’t be satisfied..blah-blah-blah.....”
I won’t be satisfied until she and her raghead faux husband are sent packing!
Too little, too late honey.
If this isn’t a damning statement, I don’t know what is.
Where’d she learn about this nation and its sacrifices to survive as a free one? At Field’s and Nordstrom’s?
.Mrs. Obama does not seem to understand the purpose and importance of ceremonies. They reaffirm the bonds of loyalty and fellowship that cement our national unity. Yes, at one level a flag is just a colorful piece of cloth. But it symbolizes much more. It is the emblem of our land and all its ideals. It has been present at every major event of any importance to the country, battles, celebrations, meetings, and the lunar landings. It is a symbol of unity that transcends party, faction and time. It is something uniquely and explicitly American. Men and women have fought and died for it. Our enemies hate us for it and burn it in the streets. All that should mean something. It is the Soldier, not the reporter
Who has given us freedom of the press.
It is the Soldier, not the poet,
Who has given us freedom of speech.
It is the Soldier, not the campus organizer,
Who has given us the freedom to demonstrate.
It is the Soldier, not the lawyer,
Who has given us the right to a fair trial.
It is the Soldier, who salutes the flag,
Who serves beneath the flag,
And whose coffin is draped by the flag,
Who allows the protestor to burn the flag.
