One question that I do have after reading this, would it be a problem to regulate an industry like trucking into using a certain type of fuel such as compressed natural gas (CNG)? We have gotten to such a point under Obama that we now question ALL involvement between Corporation and State since we are on the verge of full blown Fascism.
