BRUSSELS (AP) — The United States has sent military troops to the Jordan-Syria border to bolster that country's military capabilities in the event that violence escalates along its border with Syria, Defense Secretary Leon Panetta said Wednesday.
Speaking at a NATO conference of defense ministers in Brussels, Panetta said the U.S. has been working with Jordan to monitor chemical and biological weapons sites in Syria and also to help Jordan deal with refugees pouring over the border from Syria. The troops are also building a headquarters for themselves.

The US didn’t send them. The Obama administration did. Conress has been been stripped - raped, if you will - of it’s Constitutional authority once again with no protest whatsoever.

Zero’s fundraising includes illegal overseas donations; Zero’s Fast and Furious policy continues to result in the murders of US citizens and law enforcement, not to mention Mexican nationals; Zero’s singlehandedly dismantled the US economy; Zero’s responsible for the murder of a US ambassador and destruction of the embassy; Zero’s talked tough about Iran and Syria, and done nothing; Zero’s systematically abandoned the US’ allies while favoring Islamofascist despotates; and now US troops will be ideally positioned to watch the overthrow of another US-friendly regime while doing nothing about it.
The congress is just another bump in the road.
