On the Wednesday, Oct 10 Larry Elder show, Larry had a discussion with a caller who said that he sent in the info and actually received an absentee ballot for his dog to vote.
NOTE: John Fund was on Dennis Praeger this morning and said there is virtually nothing stopping people from voting in multiple states. And there are about 2,000,000 dead people on the voting rolls. How many dead people will vote for the RATS?

Effectively about 3,000,000 if you consider that half will be voting twice.
