Billy Graham to Romney: ‘I’ll do all I can to help you’

Ahead of a Thursday night campaign rally in North Carolina, Mitt Romney made an impromptu stop to meet with the Rev. Billy Graham and his son, Franklin, at the reverend's home outside Asheville. Romney didn't officially land the elder Graham's endorsement, but he came pretty close. The famed evangelist told Romney he would do whatever he could to "help" the GOP presidential candidate, according to a readout from the Romney campaign. The vow came at the end of a 30-minute meeting between Romney and the Grahams, who talked about issues including Afghanistan, religious freedom and the growth of the Graham ministry in places like China, Sudan and North Korea. Photographers and a television crew were allowed in during the final minutes of the meeting, where Graham was overheard asking Romney, "What can I do for you?" "Prayer is the most helpful thing you can do for me," Romney replied. According to Mark DeMoss, a senior Romney adviser who was at the meeting, Graham then led a prayer for Romney after the cameras left the room. Graham also told the former Massachusetts governor, "I'll do all I can to help you. And you can quote me on that."

I don’t think the devoutly Baptist Billy would go off the deep end to endorse the Mormons as a flavor of Christianity, so this can’t be what is happening here. Might God be trying to bring light to Mitt’s soul through Billy?

Billy looks a bit like George Washington there.

Mitt’s wife is right. It’s about Mitt’s goodness...and he’s never arrogant. I like those qualities in a man.

"Prayer is the most helpful thing you can do for me," Romney replied.

Prayers up for those who are trying to rid our country of the tool of Satan who currently occupies the WH. Especially right now, prayers for Paul Ryan as he heads into tonight's debate.

Mitt is Mormon now, but we do not know what God is lining up for his future.

I believe that Billy Graham is a registered Democrat. Not sure if he votes that way or not - but he has been impartial when praying for presidents his entire career. I’m thrilled that Mitt asked for his prayers. As I’m sure that Billy was.

I wonder if Mitt sees something beyond the Mormon theological system that is speaking to his soul. If Mitt grasps that the grace of Jesus is larger than Joseph Smith’s philosophical system, and desires to pursue it, it will face him with a disturbing choice. Mormons will not be happy at all if Mitt up and leaves them, but leave them he would have to.

.

"Spiritual Apostacy" isn't defined by a single man's opinion ... such as my own ...

rather, "spiritual apostacy" is CLEARLY defined in God's Word ...

and "any" self-procalimed Christian who votes for either ...

Barrack Hussein Obama ... the pro-abortion, pro-gay marriage Moslem ... who wants the VIOLENT destruction of Christianity ...

or the alternative ...

Mormon Bishop "Myth Romney" ... from the "Severely Conservative" Mormon Planet Kolob ...

a "bravo-sierra" planet discovered by Joseph Smith ...

that cult-member Mormon false-prophet ...

who called himself the "Second Mohammed" ...

a false-prophet who Myth Romney adores and cherishes ...

that same Joseph Smith who desired the VIOLENT destruction of Christianity ...

just as Mohammed the First desired the VIOLENT destruction of Christian ...

Barrack Obama and Myth Romney ...

who are on RECORD for supporting abortion, gay marriage ...

and who BOTH WORSHIP a "false god" (Mohammed and Joseph Smith) ...

their respective "false gods" who PROUDLY declare themselves to be EQUAL or SUPERIOR to ...

Jesus Christ.

One cannot serve the "Great I AM" ...

versus Mohammed or the Mormon's evil Joseph Smith.

Yup, we’d all miss him, but it will be a grand send-off to glory. To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord.

Billy Graham can go to he_ _ after his endorsement a while ago of Hillary as being fit to be president, someone whom he’d vote for. I have no use for him after that.

For him to endorse a abortion loving, thief, traitor, possibly a murderer, a perjurer, and a filthy liar, shows Billy to be just a schmoozing hypocrite. Hillary should be in prison, and Graham should retire. He should be ashamed of himself.

Mormons have a twisted view of Jesus Christ, whom they deem to be important and worth “following” — but not at the level of traditional Christian understanding.

Obama apparently hasn’t even bothered to care at all about Jesus Christ since his Saddleback statement.

By the way, a spell checker is handy. There is no such word as apostacy. It’s apostasy.
