Posted on 10/11/2012 5:10:45 PM PDT by kristinn
All debates will take place from 9:00-10:30 p.m. Eastern Time.
Vice presidential debate:
Thursday, October 11
Centre College, Danville, KY
Moderator: Martha Raddatz, Senior Foreign Affairs Correspondent, ABC News
YouTube w/ ABC News/Yahoo! coverage
Raddatz, thinking along your lines that the brainless Biden needs much help, and so therefore she will attempt to skew favorable questions to Biden and try to plant land mines for Ryan.
Ryan will easily move around the OBot land mines, and easily pivot to hammering Biden and Obama. :-)
That be him! :)
I’ll post a couple during breaks.
C-Span is my choice, they don’t have those annoying obligatory screen shots whenever someone’s name is mentioned.
Nice clean screen.
FR used to scream on live threads.
We need new servers.
Keep in mind, out advantage is that our guys are always sharp (those that are capable of sharpening). Our guys are challenged *constantly*. Ryan has been attacked consistently for the last two years for “throwing Granny-in-a-wheel-chair” over the cliff. He has thick skin.
Unfair for what it is. But when it really counts, our guys are primed. That’s why an embattled Mitt Romney crushed a flaccid Barak Obama last week.
Hate to say it, but I fully expect FR to crash - as it usually does - during busy nights like tonight. It's a shame... oh well.
My hope is that Biden tries too hard to over-compensate for Bozo by going aggressive and passionate... thankfully, that is when he gaffes. He’ll call Martha ‘Marvin’ or something similar. Or maybe he’ll vomit the grilled chicken he just had all over the crowd.
Thanksa in advance for copying and pasting some of Dicks tweets to this thread during the debate....for those of us that have not yet become “twits” or “Tweeters” ;-) LOL
Thank you, Sis!
What channel is ever body watchin' on?
Yeah. Dick Morris usually has a good analysis of debates, even if every other Tweet mentions “here come the black helicopters!”
Yes...or his face starts melting due to the heat of the lights...and we find out underneath all that make-up is really Candy Crowley...bwwwaaahahahah.
We’re watching the debate on the Fox News Channel... best talking heads afterward!
I can’t conceive of watching Joe-Z Wails for 90 minutes... oy! But I will be following commentary here.
Let’s all remember one thing: it’s almost a certainty that this will not be a replay of the Trouncing of Obamugabe. That said, Ryan will more than hold his own.
2 sleezy slobs
Biden voted to overturn “Roe V” long ago
now he is pro same-sex marriage
I would ask that FReepers keep the images at bay during the debate to keep the speed challenged in the mix. Thx
Free Republic...when I get nervous...I watch by Proxy
I refuse to do Tweeting, Facebook and even Powerpoint!ha.
I accept brief, terse texting but there is no guarantee that I will text back..and all my friends know that.
My cell phone has a message if I am on the phone and someone is trying to call in that says,” Please calll back. I am on the phone with someone more important than you.”ha.
I’m looking forward to an analysis from Krauthammer, and possibly a shot of Beckle crying in the men’s room. haha
Yup, there’s Bomber, flipping off Biden for the camera.
Best Looking too! I stick with FOX all day long...makes the day fun! I get to drool on the girls and laugh at the Shepster!!
13:00 minutes and counting down!
I often miss things by typing on FR but often see things I missed too.
good point..keep the images on the down low.

Look at what they [Republicans] value, and look at their budget. And look what they’re proposing. I’m a fitness trainer — I think that PX90 is great, but I don’t teach it because I have found that it is not something clients stick with. I try to teach routines that my clients will stay with for life.

Unfortunately, all I can watch it on ( besides the Internet ) is CNN. They just interviewedtheir “focus group” 33, percent for Obozo, 30 percent for Romney, and the rest still undecided -morons.
I wonder if CNN will have the times used by each again. That might be interesting.
medicare and rich. Of course you will be comatose within the hour.
Apparently, the letter circling around Dems is “we got our asses kicked last time, tonight is ours!”
Watch out. They’re planning something.
Raddatz sounds like a nervous wreck.
