How bad of meltdown mode is he in if Valdemort Jarrett is keeping him in full lockdown (and sending Smirking Joe out instead)?
I still think BO and Joe were on drugs...weed, shrooms or lsd.
BO might have been on something else because of the way he kept looking down.
