The real question is when did Valerie Jarret and Hillary Clinton know it and what did Jarret advise Obama and was Hillary even asked for her advice.

Right now there is open warfare between the administration and the The State Department. The CIA is also in the game but not in open warfare but covert as they always are. The administration is 100% blaming intelligence which is the CIA and also the NSA and in addition State has its own intelligence.

The third factor is the political ambition of Hillary Clinton. Will Hillary throw Obama under the bus before Obama throws Hillary under the bus. Obama has thrown the first punch. Hillary will fight back. She wants to be President more than Bill Clinton wants to be with beautiful young women. Monica was young but not beautiful, she was convenient.
