It's not the Polls that are the Problem, it's WE the People..

I'm sure I am not alone in wondering how anyone who lives his or her life in this cultural and economic depressing environment, has any doubt about who's policies have exacerbated the problem, and not improved them..

That really is the rub.. Those who live their lives in relative comfort with a good job, paying their bills, and minding their own business, view the intrusive Obama regime as an utter failure..

On the other hand, if it has never been your priority to strive to become something more in your life than a victim of some/any/all, circumstances beyond your perceived control, you look for something or someone to become an arbiter, to level the play field..

These are the results that can only be laid at the feet of an entitlement mentality, slowly but persistently indoctrinated into the cultural, educational, and politically motives of the far left and their allies..

To reverse this mentality will take as long as it has to instill it, but it must begin as soon as possible.. The solutions as obvious as they are, are not as easy to dismantle as one would hope..

Many people who are part of the corrupt structures are unaware, or unwilling to admit to their participation in the problem, because of self interest, or unwillingness to face the consequences.. Tax thee, not me.. Blame he, but not she.. It's them not we..

The truth, (at this point take a deep breath) is that we are all going to have to look deep into how much we are all part of the structural demise that we are involved.. Think Medicare, Social Security, Education, Taxation, Regulation, Lifestyle, etc..

How many day to day activities have we grown to accept as natural, and how are we going to have to change our own lives? I fear it has become endemic, in our nature, and if we are ever going to change, it will take a massive change that will affect all of us for generations..

Facing the results of the dismantling, and how to deal with ALL of the ramifications, is daunting, maybe more than we thought, or are really ready to change it..

You heard it here first folks.. :)

We are the ones who have taken responsible charge of our own lives. We will adapt to this, too.

My husband and I have made some contingency plans, either way. My late father always told us:”Have three plans.” Good advice in any situation.

Great plan, I fear you’ll have to execute it, if we are going to do what we need to turn this ship around.. :)

If you can’t change the people around you, Change the people around you.
It’s the corruption that has become acceptable to our society. (See Moral Relavance) Those who complain about the direction of our nation, are vilified as being against ‘progress’.
The nation is defined by the innate character of its citizens which is reveled upon election of officials who promote the whims of men instead of the rule of Law. Just Us instead of justice.

Those “who live their lives in relative comfort with a good job, paying their bills, and minding their own business” are also a part of the problem, a lot of them are oblivious to others and the problems they face! I was working with an engineer, and my co-worker was having car problems he couldn’t afford to have fixed, he was stressed, the engineer said: “buy a new car!” Also, the engineer complained how others were complaining about high gas prices, yet he drove a Hummer! I have no problem with people who have made a good life for themselves, but sometimes, their heads are so far in the clouds, they have no clue how some good people struggle to make ends meet on a salary that pales to their own and circumstances prevent them from attaining one!

Great point.. Sad but true.. For some wonderful hard working people it will take a miracle to get back what these morons have done to our country..

Only a massive landslide in this election will the turn-around get kick started on a fast tract.. It could happen.. There are indications that this is a historic election.. Think 1980, Carter, on crack.. HA! VOTE get others to VOTE..

Thanks for the dinner invite. I'll have to enjoy it vicariously, though....as su casa is pretty far away from mi casa.

Buen provecho!
