Biden to the rescue

If the question is who did more to help his ticket, Joe Biden won the vice presidential debate by a mile.

Republican Paul Ryan performed pretty well. He made no major mistakes, and a CNN instant poll of viewers actually had him winning narrowly, 48 percent to 44 percent. But my assessment of the debate agreed with that of a CBS instant poll of uncommitted voters, who saw Biden as the landslide winner by 50 percent to 31 percent.

At this debate, the real Biden showed up. At the next, on Tuesday at Hofstra University on Long Island, the real Obama had better do the same.

Oh I hope so, but no one will recognize him in his muslim uniform.

My new bumper sticker says SAY GOODBYE TO ISRAEL, VOTE OBAMA.

and ho, ho, ho, there may be five times the fissile material in Iran but they don’t have anything to put it in. Another idiotic Biden statement.

From Wikipedia:

Eugene H. Robinson

Robinson was awarded the 2009 Pulitzer Prize for Commentary in recognition of his columns that focused on the first African-American U.S. presidential candidate, Barack Obama, who eventually won, during the 2008 presidential campaign.

Don't just consider the two surveys and call it a draw. If you ask whose prospects of winning the election were boosted Thursday night, President Obama's or Mitt Romney's, the answer is really not debatable. This was a moment the Obama campaign needed badly.

I don't know who Eugene Robinson is, but I think he seriously overestimated what the Vice Presidential debate can do for a candidate. It's like a blind man in a fire. He can't do much good, but he can certainly do harm.

Biden didn't make things worse for Obama, but that's all that can be said. The strongest VEEP in the world won't make you vote for a President the way a week VEEP will make you vote against him. Biden didn't lose, but there was nothing for him to win.

Unfortunately for Obama's reelection hopes, Ryan didn't lose either. So we're still where we were on 10/4. Obama's going to have to overcome his bad first debate performance himself.

Apparently Eugene ignored the focus groups. Out of 26 undecided voters in Lutz focus group not one said the debate changed their mind about anything.

Mr. Biden’s performance was reminiscent of film footage of Mr. Mussolini speaking before a crowd.

IMHO

Who won or lost is subjective according to the individual witnessing the debate. But looking at the polling, aside from CBS every other poll gave it to Ryan.

Robinson is an Obama boot licker extraordinaire as any who read his column knows.

The 50% to 31% figure cited referred to an instant poll of 500 uncommitted watchers.

Eugene Robinson and Leonard Pitts are two of the angriest, most hateful black newspaper columnists out there. They are not just pro black, they sound anti white at times.

Robinson is a far-left cheerleader who was never bothered by a fact in his life.

This column is laughable.

Who cares about undecided voters and why are we polling them? An unscientific poll at that, so means nothing, the results are not able to be interpreted meaningfully.

Anyone who is so clueless and unaware of what has happened in our nation during the past 4 years is not someone whose opinion I care about, nor should the media (except for trying to push numbers toward Obama).

If a person is undecided now, what more information could they possibly need? We have 2 candidates as different as night and day (no pun intended). These idiots will still be undecided the day before the election, and will choose based on a coin-toss, CNN comment, or what their boyfriend says.

Yes, and my post referred to the focus group of Undecided voters Frank Lutz and Fox News invited to watch the debate and share their reactions.

Not one said anything in the debate changed their mind on anything.

Discount the CNN poll and find something else to praise about Crazy Joe.

“What.....are you gonna drink twenty cokes?”

“These? Oh.....no.......just clutching at straws.”
