To murder this child is bad enough but to dismember her..tells me this psycho has done this before..children in the area reported to police days prior how a man in a white van(Its always the van isn’t it) following them around asking them if they wanted candy(Its always either the candy or the lost puppy)..so this guy was just looking for an opportunity to grab a kid, any kid, to please his psychotic fantasies. I hope they find this piece of crap and let the community have 5 min with him
