The important to note is that Biden started off loud and obnoxious, smiling inappropriately and snorting while Ryan was speaking. The last half hour he became somber and dour, a total bizarre change. Wonder if he was on some kind of drug, or alcohol?

Although they are the titular heads of the progressive mob, they sure don’t know much about what is going on with their staff. You’d think they would listen to Glenn Beck or Rush to keep up with what was going on in their organization.
