Ryan Wins VP Debate - Was Biden Drinking?

New York, New York --- October 12, 2012 ... Last night's US Presidential debate appeared to be between a serious, sober and articulate Congressman Paul Ryan and an intoxicated, out of control Vice President Joe Biden.
According to CNBC Congressman Paul Ryan buried VP Joe Biden by 56 percent to 36 percent.
Why was the spread so wide?
Biden, who is normally a good guy and would have made a much better President than Obama, appeared to have been either given bad advice by a media coach to be overly aggressive or may have been drinking before the actual debate. If he wasn't drinking, then it may have been one Valium too many.
As Ryan tried to respond to questions asked by moderator Martha Raddatz, as on cue, Biden would either interrupt or laugh as Ryan began to answer. Biden's laughing, smirks, gasps and eye-rolls became so obnoxious that it continued as Ryan was discussing Iran's lethal attempt to build a nuclear bomb.
Biden interrupted Ryan over 62 times.
Obama and Biden have been accused of ignoring requests and of an apparent coverup for increased security for US embassies abroad which resulted in the murder of US Ambassador Chris Stevens and three other embassy staff. Yet during the VP debate Joe Biden tried unsuccessfully to deflect this issue by claiming that Ryan had voted to cut security for the embassy. That was a sad and distorting lie. Ryan had actually requested federal cuts across the board but never itemized or earmarked embassy security as a budget cut.
Ryan stated that Obama's proposal to let tax rates rise for high-income individuals would tax about 53 percent of small-business income.
Ryan also noted that 20 million people are projected to lose their health insurance if Obamacare goes through.
On the issue of women's rights, Ryan made it clear that he is pro life but would authorize abortions in the event of rape, incest or if the mother was in physical danger.
On social media, Ryan was a clear winner.
In addition to Twitter’s outrage with Joe Biden’s laughter during the debate, Ryan, @PaulRyanVP, went from 382,789 followers prior to the debate to 393,255 followers after the debate. Biden, @JoeBiden, went from 195,990 followers prior to the debate to 205,834 followers after the debate.
The Facebook group Jews for Mitt Romney states that in contrast to Barack Obama and Joe Biden who cannot tell us where the capital of Israel is, wants Israel to return to indefensible 1967 borders and does not require red lines for Iran and it's building of a nuclear weapon, both Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan have declared that they are on the same page with Israel Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
On Netanyahu's recent visit to the UN, Obama ignored the Israeli Prime Minister's request to meet and instead gave an interview on a TV talk show in New York.
"I think Biden raises serious questions about his ability to be a heartbeat away from the president," said Fox News contributor Dick Morris. "His inappropriate conduct is glaring and will backfire with the American people. He had no dignity or presidentiality."
I could not agree with you more if I tried.
I found myself somewhat frustrated during this debate. I began listening to it in the car on my way home. Biden’s responses had me laughing out loud hard. I got home about 20 minutes in, and that’s when I started to see his behavior. I had to restrain myself from throwing my chinese food at the TV.
Ryan was rock solid. I was floored by his level of self control. It certainly exceeds mine. Mr. Ryan’s closing statement was magnificent. I say that with all the sincerity I have. If I was a hiring manager on a job interview, I would have hired him on the spot on that statement alone.
Ryan is definitely a guy whom I would want covering my back in a fire fight, but also, I would cover his back. This man is a good man.

I think Biden’s handlers set him up to act exactly as he acted. Biden and his team are dishonest brokers.
I’d say drugs. It runs in the family.
He was drunk on hubris.
I think some of the rat poison (botox) may have leaked into the nervous system causing severe muscle twitching resulting in over stimulation of smiley face muscle contraction phenomenom.
Normal people get it when they know they are WAY over matched. Maybe that was it. He was just in way over his head and the dumb a$$hat knew it... Maybe??

At a couple of points, Biden talked to Martha Raddatz like she was a DOG; when she even DARED to further question his absurd claims (SO absurd that she lost all credibility if she failed to question further). Boorishly raised his drunken sounding voice and actually LECTURED the “little women”. (If anyone noticed, Martha was red in the face after that and looked like she was going to cry. Of course, Joe thought she “liked” it.)
that is nothing new...for years I always thought Martha Radditz looked like she was one breathe away from uncontrollably sobbing. Its just her demeaner, it had nothing to do with O’Biden.
Was that lump over his left eyebrow due to botox?
That is what my wife and I was thinking that he was “botoxed up”, the knot there and on the right hand side by the ear.
Maybe the reasoning we had not seen him for a while.
And how exactlu will she do that? she has no office, nothing. She will tire with the Americsn public. Then there are the primaries. Sarah Palin could see that there were capable people running and bowed out. Hillary is a joke.
I do see her distancing herself from Obama in these final days. They threw her under the bus with this Benghazi thing..
Joe slurs his words when drunk. It didn’t seem like that was the case.

You know, I hadn’t noticed that.
I have heard a number of women complain of Biden’s performance in an extremely negative manner, both on the radio in otherwise. I’m thinking that this may be why.
He really did try to come across as the smartest guy in the room, and treated any attempt to question that status with disdain.
Biden is a arrogant, ignorant, stupid jerk.
Biden made a total a** out of himself...he looked like a laughing hyenna on crack...

Now just a cotton-pickin’ minit here. Let’s be fair. Joe Biden did interrupt, laugh and roll his eyes a lot, and said malarchy a few times, an Irish word, but did he take even one swing at Paul Ryan? Did he even threaten to? And why were they discussing politics instead of sports? Huh? Huh? Huh? Did he even try to cop of feel of Raddatz’ bozongos? So I’d say that while Joe Biden might have been drunk or high on some other artificial stimulant, the forum did not degenerate to a pub fight, Irish or otherwise. Still, all in all, it’s a good thing the chairs were firmly anchored to the floor.
