This could be the lamest defense yet for the lapses that led to the murder of US Ambassador to Libya Chris Stevens. According to a former diplomat appointed by Bill Clinton, providing tighter security for Ambassador Stevens might have prevented him from carrying out his diplomatic duties.
Daniel Serwer, the Clinton diplomat in question, offered his excuse for the Benghazi debacle on MSNBC's Up With Chris Hayes this morning.

Obama is throwing Clinton under the bus and she is going to pull out everybody that she can to help her. Obama will have a fight on his hands when Clintons start action but Obama could always bring in the Chicago thugs.
I have a great idea. Lets appoint this guy Ambassador and send him over to take Stevens place and give him no security. We could make a pool on how long he would last.

Immediately communicated when embassy under attack, satellites & drones looking at this while it happened & the ambassador & 3 others were killed. Hundreds knew this was going on, watched/listened for 6 hours while the consulate was under attack & decision-makers were being constantly updated and DID NOTHING.... then lied about it for 8 days. Biden KNEW this was not an intelligence failure and lied during the debate about it.

I guess the guy would also advocate removing the Secrte Service so Zero has a better chance at doing his job - he must be absolutely crippled by the protection.

I’m not saying this is planned out, but I do see that Clinton made a mistake taking the SoS position.
It seems to me that all along O planned to smear her to keep her out of power. This is the perfect opportunity. IMHO, the Clintons and the Kennedy/Obama wing each have their power base in the party, and they are in a cold war. As long as the subservient MSM doesn’t cover it.

When a past president attempts to contact a seating president (especially in his own party) there is no way Obama can say he did not know about it.

I have not heard anything more about this guy being homosexual and being sodomized by the attackers. Could it be possible that he left Tripoli to go to Ben Ghazi without guards in order to have some sort of gay assignation and the terrorists got wind of it and took advantage of the opportunity? This scenario would certainly explain the coverups and conflicting stories.
