The EU doesn't practice free trade to any extent. The VAT alone makes free trade impossible. Again you are using the term "free trade" that they use when it has no basis in fact. Like communists calling themselves "progressives" or "liberal". The term is used to cover up what they actually are.
International free trade could possibly work but to my knowledge has never been attempted. This is using the actuall meaning of free trade and not the horribly unbalanced trade agreements the term is used to cover up.
Well said, well summed. Free trade is not what the EU is about — not surprisingly, the EU is about union, and about Europe, and not about trade, commerce, markets, or development, it’s about Soviet-style / Euro-style five year plans and one-size-fits-all “open markets”.
Give us back our sovereignty or we will walk out.
This is what I think the states should say to the federal gub mint along with all the worthless fed workers.
