I’m hoping that Ryan can keep Romney on the straight and narrow.
In NY, NRA backed Pataki (R) against Cuomo (D). “Vote Pataki / Defend Freedom” signs everywhere.
Big mistake. Worst thing to happen to NY gun owners since Sullivan (basis for NY’s hideous gun laws).
The fear remains that we’re doing the same with Romney.
Exactly, Paul Ryan has a brilliant political/public service career ahead of him, I don’t think he’d toast it for some stupid anti-hardware legislation.
Romney, like all liberals, redefine words to try to not make themselves out as liars. “I didn’t ban guns, just high-capacity cop killer bullets, school-killing magazines, black guns, scary looking guns, scoped sniper rifles, etc.”
