Fox News’ go-to psychiatrist, Keith Ablow, appeared on Fox & Friends Weekend to discuss Joe Biden‘s debate performance.
After characterizing Biden’s laughter and frequent interruptions of Paul Ryan as attempts to discredit, diminish, or disrespect his opponent, Ablow added that “Joe Biden has shown tremendous disregard for the perspectives of others,” taking the Vice President to task for being dishonest about the number of undergraduate degrees he’s obtained and about having claimed he graduated at the top of his class.
In fact, Ablow wrote about these same topics in an August, 16th FoxNews.com op-ed piece titled “Inside the mind of Joe Biden.” In that op-ed piece, Ablow also wrote the following about Biden — whom he describes as being “happy to serve with a man named Barack Obama” — and his history of so-called gaffes:

I did not evaluate Joe Biden, but if someone said to me, “listen, we want you to do what’s really required to know what happened there,” you have to put dementia on the differential diagnosis. You have to say bizarre laughter, interrupting… If this were your dad or your grandfather, wouldn’t you say, if you brought him to me, “Keith, you gotta tell me, is he suffering with dementia? Because he can’t seem to listen, he’s laughing inappropriately…”
At this point, he was interrupted by host Alisyn Camerota, who noted that his attempt at a diagnosis did not “ring true” because, after all, Biden appeared to have a solid command of the details discussed during the debate.
“I’m not diagnosing him, I haven’t evaluated him,” said Ablow, adding that he’s not “saying” that Biden suffers from dementia.
He then went on to say that “you’d want [Biden's] alcohol level.”

Joe’s a well known drinker and his face is certainly that of one who has way too many for way too long....
I’d believe drunk or otherwise altered, but I’m quite certain he was coached in the laughter and rudeness—he just wasn’t able to do it without doing it badly and too blatantly.
Biden’s whole act was scripted and staged. He was acting, and acting exactly as he was instructed to. It just so happens that the act disgusted most Americans. But what would you expect? The people running the obama/biden ticket don’t know the American people. We’re a complete mystery to them.
My guess is that the surgery necessary to repair his brain aneurysm damaged some portions of his brain essential to impulse control. And, secondarily, he wasn't all that bright to start with. Loquacious, yes, but that's not nearly the same thing.
Why couldn't it be all three?
Unless his wife has a house full of expensive designer clothes, about all that leaves is substance abuse.

I would say though, that's alot of alcohol he's been drinking. By any measure of a poltician serving as much time in office as he has, that's an easy $28,000,000 worth of alcohol he drank up.

More like a Dry Drunk to me. I see the abruptness of his temper, sarcacism, complexion. He reminds me of these Irish Catholics in Chicago you’d see at the local pubs on St Paddy’s Day getting buzzed, and singing all the ole tunes until their potched... then get up the next day, play 18 holes etc. The typical old time politician type.
You’re looking at a full generation or more of this guy’s behaviour that didn’t start over night. He’s been shown to be dishonest in the past.
What I find extremely intriquing, is that we now know that Ted Olson had Paul Ryan very ready for this.

I'm no medical expert, but I suspect that having a big chunk of his brain cut out can't have helped much.
I wish Ryan had stopped, looked at Biden with abject pity, and asked that the ‘debate’ be stopped due to the obvious impairment of the elderly V.P.
There is no defense against pity.
Biden -whether due to a medical condition or lack of class- has something very wrong with him. He not only laughed at Ryan he laughed at all the American’s who support the Republicans.
We don’t count to him and his master. They are not planning to leave the White House, ever , and are amused that we think they can be ousted.

I seem to recall there was more than one surgery/anuerism? I think the impulse control issues stem from that... he doesn’t have dementia.
I don’t like shrinks playing politics, although lefty shrinks do it all the time. It’s Soviet.
