The part of this article that got my attention was the part in red. Mitt Romney has said publicly that Joe Biden was not sober? That is what I thought the night of the debate.

... argues a good point. Biden is brain damaged. The older he gets, the more evident it is to see the devastating effects of his brain damage.
If you watch and observe, a gathering of liberals have a general countenance of mocking, snarky & varies from kind of ugly to mcfugly.
Biden is obnoxious and ugly even when he is not trying to be obnoxious and ugly....it is his normal countenance. He can't help it, its just "old Joe" being "old Joe"

I remember in the final days of the Obamacare voting process, Obama promised Bill Nelson that he would prohibit the bill from requiring the government paying for abortions, by executive order, in order to get Nelson’s vote for passage, the deciding vote. How come there’s nobody talking about that?
Sober was a well chosen word Synonyms for it include: Clear headed, moderate and restrained. This way Ro0mney gets his message out but can allude to meaning one of the other words.

Joe Biden demonstrated the very essence of the Democrap Party. Any other Democrap would have given the same performance - it’s just the way they are!
Sober can be used as an adjective describing demeanor, in which case it implies "serious" rather than "not physically intoxicated."
if there had been a second debate, Biden would of had Beyhard and Whoopie there to assist him.(like two mommies and thier child on a game show).
