Jurisdictions in Vermont, Michigan, Mississippi and Wisconsin have failed to mail absentee ballots to military members by the Sept. 22, 2012, deadline established by the [Military and Overseas Voter Empowerment] Act.

One trick pony move by the dumb’s. Served from 1970-1990 and didn’t receive ballot in 76,80, 82...filed election complaints each time. I might as well been talking to a wall. I usually received my ballot in December...

Many care, unfortunately, the DOJ doesn’t care. This is criminal and should be prosecuted to the Nth degree. Algore started this crap in 2000 and it still hasn’t been addressed. It’s now part of the quadrennial dim strategy to not allow military votes

Not necessarily. I know some of the towns here in Michigan that are in this are rock solid conservative areas. Court challenges to things on the ballots cause delays in getting them out. Trouble tracking down soldiers has always been an issue. New people in office who don't know what they're doing.

We had one here in my township that his ballot application was sent out and returned 3 different times before he walked into the township office and asked for it in person. He was in Afghanistan and on the move and nobody could catch up with him and then transferred back here for some stateside duty at Fort Hood. He had a week’s leave and came home to visit his family before reporting.

You're lucky, I never received a single one. I asked about any others getting a ballot and I got that "one eyebrow raise" meaning shut up or your efficiency report will be hosed.
