Not hard for me. I spent 28 years as a Foreign Service Officer. Someone had to sign a security wavier for the "interim" facility in Benghazi that housed the consulate. This had to be done by either the Assistant Secretary for Diplomatic Security, Eric Boswell, the Undersecretary for Management, Patrick Kennedy, or the Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton. I wish someone would ask to see that written wavier, which is required.

Just what does Hillary gain by taking the blame? If Zero is re-elected he’ll shred the Constitution with E.O.s and become dictator for life. Hillary fought him before, she’ll be wet toast in his future plans. I suspect Obama has the goods on her and she wants to stay out of jail.
