Watch more people show up to this protest of the media than the Million Muppet March in Washington on Nov 3rd.

As for America's best interest, the empty headed media is useless and might as well not even be there. The liberal press has misused the freedom to report the TRUTH and instead has chosen to be controlled by a progressive ideology and an administration bent on dividing and destroying this country. In every instance where reporting the facts would have helped the public to discern the validity of the news, the liberal media has blatantly inserted it's agenda and in some instances altered facts to promote the white-house position. From lack of vetting Barack Obama and Obamacare, to the attack on our embassy, the liberal media has failed in it's job. It is time to call them out! They are nothing more than an empty hat just like the empty chair they support. ~ facebook.com/ToniAnnCA

Without gainsaying anything anyone has said about the leftist tendency in fictional movies and TV dramas, the only part of “the media” against whom there can be a legitimate beef is journalism - specifically wire service journalism, and most especially broadcast journalism.

No one seriously proposes censorship of fiction, but journalism is putatively nonfiction, and has exemptions on that account.

Attempting to be objective is what every journalist and commentator should do, but assuming that you have accomplished objectivity is something no one should do. It is impossible to even attempt objectivity without being open and above board about the possible reasons you might not be objective - and if you are claiming to actually be objective, it is impossible to be open and above board about the reasons you might not be objective.

It follows that journalists are not even trying to be objective.
