Maybe the guy is in China looking for a Cruise Ship line for the empty Bayport Cruise Terminal.

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- More than $100 million of your tax dollars maybe down the drain and as you'd expect, 13 Undercover wants to know why.

This shiny new Cruise Terminal has been empty for 3-1/2 years now.

The link is to a story by ABC-13 investigative reporter Wayne Dolcefino. After watching it being build, then sit idle for over two years, I called Wayne and told him he needed to do this story. And to my surprise, a couple of months later they did their story.

Good for you! That was a great story - and of course those who aren't in our area and aware, Houston residents pay for air conditioning and security for this EMPTY building.
