AND NOW . . . amidst billowing clouds of fragrant, aromatic first- and second-hand premium cigar smoke. . . it is time for . . . that harmless, lovable little fuzz ball, the highly-trained broadcast specialist, having more fun than a human being should be allowed to have, from behind the golden EIB microphone, firmly ensconced in the prestigious Attila-the-Hun chair at the Limbaugh Institute of Advanced Conservative Studies, serving humanity simply by showing up, and hes not retiring until every American agrees with him, do NOT doubt him, with shrieks of joy at the mere mention of his name (thats Rush, for those in Rio Linda),the Mandarin of Talk Radio, with talent on loan from G-d, at the cutting-edge of societal evolution, with half his brain tied behind his back just to make it fair, the all-knowing, all-caring, all-sensing, all-feeling, all-concerned Maha-Rushie! Americas anchorman, truth detector, and doctor of democracy. A Real Man, a living legend, a way of life. Commander in Chief of U.S. Operation Chaos. Chief Waga-Waga El Rushbo of the El Conservo Tribe. Chief of the Patriotism Police. Leader of the Conservative Movement. A Weapon of Mass Instruction. El Rushbo (a little Spanish lingo, there). He is the man who is running America (you know it and I know it). He knows the Democrats like every square inch of his glorious naked body. He is ready to do what he was born to dothats host. Get ready to what you were born to dothats listen (and post your comments on the Rush Limbaugh LIVE Radio Thread).

That was an unmitigated disaster of a moderator last night pings....Expect an Obama bounce like no other in media driven polls.
Should be an excellent show today. Not many people expose the media for the shrills they are like Rush does.
Looking forward to today’s show....
Chris Plante is BRILLIANT today!
I’m so glad I didn’t watch the train-wreck, er. . . debate, and watched (part of) the new History Channel series “The Men Who Built America” instead.
While not everything that those industry titans did was laudable, it was the best case I’ve seen in a long time for free enterprise and entrepreneurship that had virtually nothing to do with the federal government.
Those guys really did “build that.” If an Obama-like government had been in charge in the 19th century, we’d still be in the dark economically.
I’ll have to listen later. Can’t wait to hear Rush today.
Chris is on fire, again.
You should read: “Meet you in Hell: Andrew Carnegie and Henry Clay Frick”. Very interesting read. I came way understanding what corrupt, unnecessary, and violent organizations unions are, even though the goal of the author was to laud the unionization of the steel and coke industry.
Between her lies and Obama’s lies, I think the only truth we learned last night was whatever came out of Romney’s mouth.
I believe today will be one of Rush’s most important shows. A twofer - nail Crowley and the MSM at large (as only Rush can), and set some of the record straight regarding Mr. Romney.
We are at a critical juncture now. I trust Rush to point out the right things at the right time and in the right way so as to have the greatest impact on the electorate.
And maybe trigger a major backlash to the MSM.
If they define "winning on points" as making up more crap than the opponent can rebut, then perhaps so.
But if "points" are earned on a factual presentation, then not so much.
Good afternoon n’@!
So I wonder what kind of drone strike is being planned, between now and Monday night (so Dear Leader can take a victory lap). How can Duh Won participate in a foreign policy debate...can be just be indignant for 90 minutes? How many swords can Hillary fall on between now and then?
I wonder if Rush will mention how, on camera, Moochelle was caught applauding (not sure if she was fist bumping those around her or not) her “husband” on his indignation on being questioned on Libya. “Can you say it louder Candy!” I thought she was a brilliant, Harvard law educated attorney?
Hope all aspirin factories, camel jockeys and goat herders in the ME are on high alert...
I’m just praying that only a few million watched the debate...THAT would an answered prayer!
Here is what I sent out to my email lists this morning:
Post-presidential debate, Obama supporters renew vows to murder Mitt Romney
As soon as tonights presidential debate was underway, unhinged Obama supporters took to Twitter to make threats on Mitt Romneys life:
Romney won the second debate
Here’s why: http://www.foxnews.com/opinion/2012/10/17/romney-won-second-debate/
CNNs Crowley and company eat crow on Benghazi water-carrying for Obama
New Mitt Romney ad: The Choice [VIDEO]
The figures that Romney cited are both accurate and devastating.
Romney’s Secret Blowout Obama lost in three major ways.
Romney may have swayed undecideds on economy
Obama advocates reintroducing “Gun Control” [under the guise of the “assault weapons ban”]
He betrayed his REAL anti-Second Amendment intentions:
“......in my home town of Chicago, theres an awful lot of violence and theyre not using AK-47s. Theyre using cheap hand guns.
Speaking in the past tense, Obama Says “When I Was President” At Debate
That is hilarious, dead, nobody does it better.
So, who’s moderating (i.e., running interference for Obama) in the next debate Monday?
Once again, a liberal female moderator let her emotions control her and couldn’t stop herself from protecting her “little boy.”
Just read on Drudge....looks like the viewership was down only slightly....UGH! The freakin BEAST lives for another day....my health can’t take much of this. I HATE THE EVIL LIBERAL mediaWHORES!!
Obama was unable to move the needle. Yes he was more animated compared to the 1st debate. But in the end when it comes to the #1 topic, the US ECONOMY. Obama was unable to defend his record.
60% of Americans distrust the State Run Media.
Crowley did Obozo no favors.
I am in 100% agreement with Rush on the debate. Finally, someone saw what I saw.
I firmly believe Obama lost the race after the 1st debate. Once Romney showed up looking and sounding like a President. Those that were on the fence made their minds up.
Last night didn't change much. Obama was more animated, but still was unable to defend his record and project a valid vision for another 4 years.
GAME, SET, and MATCH
Yup. I would have bet the farm that Rush saw the “debate” the same way I did - Romney knocked it out of the park and the media spinners fail across the board to see Obama like the average person saw him - stammering, angry, and without any defense for an abysmal record.
Romney only had to hold his own, Obama needed to hit a home run, and he failed.
The Frank Luntz focus group in Las Vegas that nearly all switched to Romney tells it all.
I missed the debate last night. I was to busy watching the Tigers take a 3rd game! (I do have it on DVR for later viewing.)
Romney -— from debate transcript
We just can’t afford four more years like the last four years.
He said that by now we’d have unemployment at 5.4 percent. The difference between where it is and 5.4 percent is 9 million Americans without work. I wasn’t the one that said 5.4 percent. This was the president’s plan didn’t get there.
He said he would have by now put forward a plan to reform Medicare and Social Security because he pointed out they’re on the road to bankruptcy. He would reform them. He’d get that done. He hasn’t even made a proposal on either one.
He said in his first year he’d put out an immigration plan that would deal with our immigration challenges didn’t even file it.
This is a president who has not been able to do what he said he’d do. He said that he’d cut in half the deficit. He hasn’t done that either. In fact, he doubled it.
He said that by now middle-income families would have a reduction in their health insurance premiums by $2,500 a year. It’s gone up by 2,500 (dollars) a year. And if “Obamacare” is passed or implemented it’s already been passed. If it’s implemented fully, it’ll be another 2,500 (dollars) on top.
The middle class is getting crushed under the policies of a president who has not understood what it takes to get the economy working again. He keeps saying, look, I’ve created 5 million jobs.
That’s after losing 5 million jobs. The entire record is such that the unemployment has not been reduced in this country. The unemployment, the number of people who are still looking for work, is still 23 million Americans. There are more people in poverty one out of six people in poverty. How about food stamps? When he took office, 32 million people were on food stamps; today 47 million people are on food stamps. How about the growth of the economy? It’s growing more slowly this year than last year and more slowly last year than the year before.
I’m sure he’s still holding a grudge against the July Romney ad that was aired without his permission.
You know people ALWAYS type “LOL?” I actually just did. Well done!
Hahaha! That is dang funny!
Rush makes an excellent point: debates don’t happen in a vaccuum.... candidates don’t start out “even”, the past 4 years put Obozo in a hole and means no amount of words he uses now can change it.
MessNBC too??? That’s hugh!
I guess “points” are more important to these commentators than votes. The object of the debate should be to convince voters, not just impress judges with the candidates’ prevarication and interruption skills.
Go me, go me, go me, go me...
You da man!
“Between her lies and Obamas lies, I think the only truth we learned last night was whatever came out of Romneys mouth.”
Obama may have told ONE truth his Adm has avoided reporting:
As soon as I was notified of the attack in progress, I was on the phone with my National Security Team..
First we are learning of this, and I haven’t seen any journalist pick up on it yet.
Of course, it begs many more questions.
