ANDERSON, Ind. - Some students at Highland Middle School in Anderson got a peek of their teacher's bare breasts on a school-issued iPad while in class.
Those students have been suspended and threatened with expulsion.
The school district said it has taken preventative action against the teacher, but they wouldn't specify what action, and she is still a member of the school staff.
"The picture showed up of the teacher topless," said Joshua Troutt, 13, describing the incident that occurred at Highland Middle School.
He and three other students were in their classroom, playing a game on a school-issued iPad.
He said one of the students pressed a button, and a photograph with his teacher's bare chest was revealed.
"It's not our fault that she had the photo on there," Troutt said. "We couldn't do anything not to look at it, if it just popped up when he pressed the button. It was her fault that she had the photo on there. Her iPhone synched to it. She had to have pressed something to make all of her photos synch on there."

Yeah, I’m sure there is a law on the books of this town that makes it a felony to provide “pornography” to minors. The school system is covering its ass BIGTIME!
For those of you that wish to flame me because of the tongue in cheek double standard......flame away. I don't condone teachers having relations or sending inappropriate material to minors. That said, there is absolutely no reason we can't have good fun at the offenders' expense. Yes, I'm a chauvinistic pig.....if this chick would've gotten a real job as a housewife instead of in the workforce where men belong, this wouldn't have happened. (this post is like a chose your own adventure novel - you pick where I'm being sarcastic)

I hope they get hammered. The teacher should be fired and potentially jailed, whether she sexted with intent or not. She obviously doesn’t have enough good judgement to be teaching children. If there isn’t more to this story, I’m aghast they’re punishing the children who are the real victims of this incident.
They either enabled photo streaming from iCloud to the teacher's account, or accessed a photo library. In the latter case, teacher's fault for having it there. In the former case, if it's so easy for them to go to settings and enable photo streaming, then it's the teacher's fault for leaving her iCloud account tied to the iPad. Unless the kids hacked her iCloud account password to set up the photo streaming. Not likely. I would fault the teacher for not disabling her iCloud account connection to the iPad before allowing others to have access to it.
Hahaha...boys will always be boys, in a sense.
I remember being in fourth grade, and the guys were talking about Miss Anderson. We were all fascinated by her chest, which seemed way out of proportion to her height...when she left the classroom:
“Wow! She’s huge!”
“They must be 44D’s!!!!”
“Er...what’s a 44D?”

Home school and the kids can use whatever mechanism their parents want
From everything I’m seeing these days, the iPad probably serves to keep the kids out of the teacher’s hair.
I’m a fan of private online schooling because it works for students and parents who actually care but public schools are experimenting with it and making a mess of it now. From what I’ve read about public online schooling, it means the same number of teachers get paid to sit in class while the students show up to do their homework and the teachers are there to answer questions.

Yup! First day of school, the school issued nice book covers, and we installed them in class. The condition of the book was noted, and we signed them on the inside of the cover. We were responsible for their condition at the end of the year.
The jury is impanelled and sworn in and ready to objectively evaluate the evidence and render its impartial decision as soon as it is posted.
I always say “A decent teacher could effectively teach in a barn with shared textbooks and a blackboard”.
My great grandmother got a better education than most highschoolers today and she graduated from a 1 room schoolhouse in the 9th grade. She was fluent in Latin, could do more advanced math than I can, plus could recite the declaration of independence and other founding documents from memory.
Dumping money into the schools is no smarter than dumping it into government.
Why worry about some teacher’s topless pics when all students have had plenty of sex education?

Sounds like they were fiddling with their teacher's iPad, allegedly to play a game on it, and came across a collection of her "personal" pics. So they were punished for touching the teacher's iPad, but were really expelled for embarrassing a union member.
