PHOENIX (Reuters) - A federal judge on Friday blocked Arizona from applying a new law that bars Planned Parenthood's health clinics from receiving money through the state because the organization also performs abortions.

U.S. District Court Judge Neil Wake granted the temporary injunction to Planned Parenthood, which had sued Arizona to block the law, which was signed by Republican Governor Jan Brewer in May but whose implementation has been on hold. "It's not the result we would have hoped but it's not a ruling on the merits," Arizona Solicitor General David Cole told Reuters after the ruling, noting that a hearing on the merits of the case would take place in early December.

I’ve honestly never seen a PP here in the Phoenix area. I am sure they exist, I have just never seen it. Now, in upstate NYwhere I am from, they have them in the convenience stores on every corner it seems.

I’ve never seen one here in San Diego. I did drive by the local SEIU headquarters one day. Probably the same type of low-life people running both.

Newt was right. We are way past the time that we should have been systematically impeaching judges.

In other news Arizona just passed a New Payroll Tax for Federal Employees living or working in the STate, the New Tax which starts out at 20% the first year and goes up an additional 10% every year until the Maximum of 50% is reached in 3 short years goes into effect immediately, All Monies collected will be used to pay for Any and All Federal Mandates that are not fully Funded or Any Programs the Federal Government requires us to Administer at our own cost.

Newt is correct. Newt was the best candidate. After seeing what Mitt did to Owebama in the debates imagine what Newt could have done. Sending out the family’s early ballots tomorrow, loaded up for Romney/Ryan, Flake for the Senate...and conservatives down ballot. Looking forward to 11/06/12 as I expect to see the kind of liberal angst Carter’s licking gave the media. It will be glorious.

You must have lived in SD for all of 2 minutes. Now, drive on I8 in mission valley — see where you turn off to go to mission valley Shopping Center? look at the Jack in the Box south of I-8 — see that big a** building that says ‘Planned Parenthood?’ They’ve been there forever. That’s only one.

I like the way you think.

Is there ANY republican anywhere bold enough to propose legislation to allow taxpayers opposed to ABORTION to withhold their tax dollars from being spent in support of those entities performing them. Specifically, the legislation would allow individual taxpayers to block the use of their own personal tax dollars as funding that would otherwise be used to “perform, support, provide facilities and supplies for, or promote abortion of healthy babies".

Or even better, require a positive action to fund abortions, a tax form tic box modeled on the Presidential Election Campaign fund:

Abortion on Demand Fund
Check here if you or your spouse, if filing
jointly, want $3 to go the this fund.
Checking a box below will not change
your taxes or refund. [ ] You [ ] Spouse
You think abortion is A-OK? Fine, YOU pay for it.

It is unconscionable for you to use the full might and authority of the United States Government to force at gunpoint people who believe abortion is murder to pay for those murders.

Support abortion? Put your money where your mouth is. Show some spine, some courage of your convictions, some commitment...

I don’t see why they just don’t block funding because PP runs political directly against candidates it doesn’t like.

On the other hand, lets get dollar for dollar matching funds to the NRA.

The court over steps it’s bounds. It has absolutely no control over where the legislature wants to spend tax dollars.

The people speak, but Federal judges shut down the people's voice every time.

How long can America endure like this? How long before these judges' lives are at stake for these injustices?
