They are lying through their teeth about not having any type of intelligence indicating it was planned weeks or even months in advance.
The intelligence shows the terrorist attack was planned THEN the protest were planned to correspond with the attack to provide a cover story and make it appear as if the terrorist are so in tune with the news they can carry out an attack at the drop of a hat based on what is in the news instead of having to orchestrate the news for the attack.
Been there and done that before, it was in January 2006 with the release of the UBL tape.
