But won’t the moderator be asking him questions about it.

The moderator is another lib. The best thing he could do to help obama (aside from collaborating with obama to set another trap) would be to avoid Libya altogether.

BINGO !!

Eggggactly.... they want it to be a affirmative action Foreign Policy debate where a bad record is not held accountable or difficult questions are not asked...

They are shaking in their boots and hoping that Romney does not talk about Benghazi.

Mitt’s handled his campaign well for many months including this month. America finally saw him during debate #1; and, as the other part of a big two-fer, we all saw Obambi for what he is, ABSOLUTE ZERO!

And this is what Romney should keep front and center during the whole debate...
At least they are letting Romney and his team know where his weak points are... as if all us needed to be a rocket scientist to figure this out.

But then, I am a business guy.

There is no guarantee obama and the moderator aren't collaborating and setting another trap for Romney on Monday.

So Romney should just shut up and let the One talk while the "moderator" serves him up softballs, right? After all, ANY topic could be a trap!!

Moronic. A leader doesn't sit back and quiver in fear because the unscrupulous might do something unscrupulous. You bring the truth, you bring good ideas, and you bring a solid vision that Americans want and agree with. What happened in Benghazi is the Truth, and it is a Truth that many Americans want to know about. There is Zero reason to avoid this topic, no matter how the MSM spins it.

What about Mitt doing it because its the right thing to do. It seems like Mr Obama could have put this behind him if he would have said, islamic radicals, in a coordinated attack killed out Libyan ambassador and 3 others last night. I promise the American people that I will not rest until those who conducted this attack are punished. But he chose to lie, coverup, run interference. If Mr Obama tells Mitt that he is offended again, Mitt should reply the he (obama) is offensive! Going on a fund raising trip was offensive, traveling to Denver was offensive. Standing with Hillary and telling grieving families that it was a You Tube Video was offensive, tellling the UN that it was a movie was Offensive. And telling Telemundo, the View, Letterman, and the American people it was a video was offensive. Ignoring a message a few hours before the attack from the ambassador was offensive. However the truth is never offensive. Win or lose Mr Romney, the truth is the best path. Damn the election, the only justice these men will ever receive will be when the Islamic terrorists are dead, and every member of this administration who did not do their job is fired and charged with a crime.

Juan is just talking smack for his boy 0zero. Romney dominated and humiliated 0zero at the Al Smith dinner>>> This will resonate and carry over into Monday night’s debate. Mitt Romney will bob and weave around any interference Bob Scheifer tries to run

It is obvious by now that going pure one on one 0zero will always come up short. If he had his Svengali David Axelrod up there and his teleprompter....Then he would have an even chance of beating Mitt Romney

Nice try Juan, but this will almost assuredly be Bob Scheiffer’s first question even thought he is Candy Crowley’s male surrogate.

I doubt it. I actually think this debate is going to be boring. Neither one of them is going to risk making a big blunder, so they will play it safe and give just safe, generic answers to questions.

Seems hard for them to get around this:
If they knew it was a terror attack, (and said it was) then why run the ad over there about the video, make speeches about the video and, most especially, put a target on the back of that film maker, necessitating him being taken into custody (for his own protection maybe), and making more people upset about something they would not even know about?
I can’t think of any possible way to explain this in a remotely credible way. They put that video guy in danger and drew attention to something that put more lives in danger as well.

"If they bring up Romney’s lack of experience in foreign affairs, he should say that Obama had no experience in 2008."

2008? Obama's lack of experience is very apparent in 2012!! His failed foreign policy is in full view & he's lying & trying to cover it up in every way he can think of.

His entire presidency is one BIG DISASTER. Everything he touches turns to crap.

I didn’t watch the full debate but have seen a clip of the part where Romney tried to make a statement and was interrupted by Crowley (with disinformation to help out Obama).
Charles Krauthammer and Ben Stein have also been critical of Romney for how he handled Libya in the debate. Based on the debate as a whole, do they have a point?

At this point we can only ask “what lies ahead?”—what lies will Obama deploy on Monday?

Ben Stein is a MO-RON and Charles occasionally goes “Beltway”

That fear is large in the Romney camp as they prepare a candidate with no foreign policy experience.

How many non-incumbent Presidential candidates have had foreign policy experience? Obama did not. (Hell, he STILL doesn't!) Gore did not. Bush did not. Clinton did not. Mondale did not. Dukakis did not. Reagan did not. Carter did not. Far less than a third of all candidates did. Yet another idiotic and meaningless charge.

It’s not a lack of experience. He has, after all, a full bench of policy experts in his corner. The problem is that they are all liberal!
Obama wanted us to believe that since UBL was killed, there was no longer any islamic threat and we should leave them alone and everything would be wonderful. Qadaffi was killed and therefore Libya will be wonderful. A fully protected embassy would imply that he was wrong.

If he walks into another trap...what trap? Romney brilliantly maneuvered Obama into going on record - twice - in front of 60 million people that he thought the Libya attack was an act of terrorism only one day after the event - thus either he lied about intending his Rose Garden statement to refer specifically to the attack or about the attack resulting from a nasty video which was his later story - Crowley blundered into trying to help Obama and ended up looking foolish because she gave the wrong information, hardly what one would see from a prearranged "trap" - Romney is heads and shoulders smarter and a more clever debater than Obama - Monday should be fun, no matter what Wan Williams says......

Juan is wrong...no one planning to vote for Romney will change their mind at this point over a debate. Those who do not follow politics and are asleep at the wheel will vote party line. Those awake who do not plan to vote party line have already decided. A large percentage of dems mostly union folks who are struggling will vote R, because they have seen their “Hope....&.....Change” go down the drain!

Here's another angle to this coming Monday's debate that will benefit Romney: Obama Pi$$ed him off the last debate. We got a little taste at the Al Smith dinner when he roasted Obama’s pea sized balls.

I think Romney smells blood in the water, and he's had his fill of Obama’s punk bi*ch attitude. I hope Romney tears the Kenyan to shreds.

Hopefully Romney’s handlers will have him ready for the target-rich environment he’ll face on Monday night.

Benghazi was a cluster(bleep) and we all know it. More details are coming out daily and all of them suck for Obummer. This is low-hanging fruit.

Fast & Furious was a foreign policy disaster. Sending guns to a criminal outfit inside a foreign, friendly government WITHOUT telling that government? Ooooh.

“More flexibility” to dismantle our missile defenses, repeated snubs of Israel, bowing to any-friggin-body, stiffing Canada on the XL pipeline, sending $1.5 billion to now-dangerous Egypt, completely abandoning our sacrifice in Iraq by leaving nobody behind ... Lord, I don’t see how Romney can miss drilling Obummer into the ground on any of a dozen different points.

And Romney has no foreign policy experience? Hell, even I could handle our foreign policy better than this buttwipe now in office!

this is the line of attack Romney needs to take. Obama is so inexperienced. Now this alone doesn’t automatically disqualify one from the potus but he ALSO for some reason cannot even call an act of terror , “an act of terror” without being pressured into it by the people. A good quote would be, “his administration and Eric Holders justice dept. have yet to qualify the Fort Hood shooter as a terrorist. Today he is considered a perpertrator of “workplace violence”.This administration has a dangerously unrealistic and naive view of the world that is dangerous for America. They will not take the advice of seasoned security and intteligence proffesionals in issues where these professionals are miles ahead of a 2 half term community organizer.

At the same time they have actually considered placing returning veterans on the terrorist watchlists, and continue to pat down 80 year old grannies at our airports.

A factual slip by Romney would not be good. Romney needs to hammer Obama, of course, but he needs to speak in the broadest terms possible connecting the incompetence of Obama’s foreign policy to his economic policy.

Getting into the weeds to score a debate points might be tempting but, the next day you don’t want the news outlets filled with stories about how Romney said it was ‘Al Qaeda’ when it was actually the Muslim Brotherhood etc etc. My point is, stay out of the weeds and eviscerate Obama with deep broad strokes....from Libya to Immigration to the economy to China....nice broad strokes connecting everything together in the most presidential manner.

Sure, Romney has no experience in foreign policy but, it also means he’ll have no record to attack. Obama will crow about killing Bin Laden (using the information gathered by the Bush administration-Mitt might actually be able to make some hay here) but, like ‘tax increases on the rich’ a one-off success or idea is not a policy.

Mitt Romney is nothing, if not, poised, secure, and confident. Seriously, if you were going make a movie about a President , wouldn’t you want Mitt Romney to play him? I bet Obama lays in bed at night just weeping with knowledge he’s got to go face another intelectual beat down from Romney come Monday.

Obama is at his best crowing to the adoring crowds and probably out-does Romney in this department. I hope the Romney campaign has a solid plan in place for the final two weeks following the debate. Ob

I loved that joke, and so very true. Actually I think that is what Juan is attempting to do with his statments, he wants us and Romney to SHUT up about Libya.

Well Juan, WE WON'T, neither will Romney, neither will Congressmen Issa, Chaffetz and all the others that want ANSWERS NOW.

FOUR (4) DEAD MEN, Juan, 4 dead men. Their Blood screams out for justice. Their parents, and loved ones wants answers, not LIES and someone WILL be held accountable right up to the WH oval office if need be.

Mr. Williams, you are more concerned about the death of BLACK little thug TRAYVON MARTINs death, than you are about those FOUR (4) DEAD MEN in BENGHAZI.

You and your ILK scream racist about TRAYVONs death occurring because he was up to no good and got himself killed. Yet, for those FOUR(4) DEAD MEN in BENGHAZI who are the real HERO for fighting and trying to protect OUR WAY OF LIFE here in AMERICA so that your thug gangster TRAYVON MARTIN can practice his gangsterism, your only concern is for us to SHUT UP about it.

What don't you get MR. WILLIAMS? Where is your concern for those 4 DEAD MEN? HUH? Speak up, Mr. Williams, we can't hear you. CRICKETS? you turn my stomach Mr. Williams, you and your RACIST ILK.
