The Obama re-election campaign has accepted at least one foreign donation in violation of the law and does nothing to check on the provenance of millions of dollars in other contributions, a watchdog group alleges.
Chris Walker, a British citizen who lives outside London, told The Post he was able to make two $5 donations to President Obamas campaign this month through its Web site while a similar attempt to give Mitt Romney cash was rejected. It is illegal to knowingly solicit or accept money from foreign citizens.
Walker said he used his actual street address in England but entered Arkansas as his state with the Schenectady, NY, ZIP code of 12345.
When I did Romneys, the payment got rejected on the grounds that the address on the card did not match the address that I entered, he said. Romneys Web site wanted the code from the back of card. Barack Obamas didnt.
In September, Obamas campaign took in more than $2 million from donors who provided no ZIP code or incomplete ZIP codes, according to data posted on the Federal Election Commission Web site.
The Obama campaign said the FEC data was the result of a minor technical error.
All the ZIP codes and numbers are real and can be verified, spokesman Michael Czin said.
The Obama campaigns apparent lack of safeguards makes it possible to violate the law, says a report released by the Government Accountability Institute, a Florida-based watchdog group.
The report found that one Obama site Obama.com gets almost half of its traffic from foreign computer addresses. The site directs users to an Obama donation page.

Tomorrow’s NYT large headline, “British Man Illegally Tries to Donate to Romney Campaign”.
They did this in the last election. I remember somebody doing the same thing then.
IIRC, all you needed was a valid CC number and expy date. Name, zip or the 3 digit verification number didn’t need to be accurate.
Hahaha so true.
There is a financial reason that Hillary and Obama used US power to throw out the regimes in Libya, Egypt and Syria. Obama and Hillary are a couple of Democrat grifters. When did they ever show a burning desire to free the people of the Middle East? I don’t know if it’s campaign money or if the Chinese told them to do it. Or both. But something stinks about Hillary and Obama wanting regime change in Libya, Egypt and Syria.
This is totally intentional. So much Of O’s money is illegal money coming in from everywhere. Since this happened in the last election as well then you can blame Bush as well. Since he did nothing to stop it even when he had the power to do so.
Chris Walker is RACISS.
He’s selling big stuff...

Hypocrisy? CNBC Shows More ‘Foreign-Connected’ Money Goes to Dems by a ‘Healthy Margin’
It seems like a phony issue for the a struggling Obama administration to be promoting the allegations that the U.S. Chamber of Commerce may or may not be using foreign contributions to fuel political ads against Democrats. However, President Barack Obama would be best advised to make sure his party wasnt doing something similar before using the bully pulpit to push this meme.
On CNBCs Oct. 11 broadcast of Power Lunch, CNBC Washington correspondent Eamon Javers laid out the latest ramped up attacks on the U.S. Chamber of Commerce from the president.
Obama Turns Blind Eye to Credit Card Donation Fraud
What do Bart Simpson, Family Guy, Daffy Duck, King Kong, O.J. Simpson and Raela Odinga have in common?
All are celebrities; and with the exception of Odinga and O.J. Simpson, they also are fictional characters. And yet, all of them gave money earlier this month to the campaign of Barack Obama, without any apparent effort by the campaign to screen them out as suspect donors.
The Obama fundraising machine may owe its sensational success in part to a relaxation of standard online merchant security practices, which has allowed illegal donations from foreign donors and from unknown individuals using anonymous “gift” cards, industry analysts and a confidential informant tell Newsmax.

**Fictitious Donors Found in Obama Finance Records**
Last December, someone using the name “Test Person”, from “Some Place, UT”, made a series of contributions, the largest being $764, to Senator Barack Obamas presidential campaign totaling $2,410.07.
Someone identifying himself as “Jockim Alberton”, from 1581 Leroy Avenue in Wilmington, Del., began giving to Mr. Obama last November, contributing $10 and $25 at a time for a total of $445 through the end of February.
The only problem? There is no Leroy Avenue in Wilmington. And Jockim Alberton, who listed his employer and occupation as “Fdsa Fdsa”, does not show up in a search of public records.
Yeah, but it'll be fun, pal .................................... FRegards
You conspiracy fools. Why would anybody think that Obama, a huge supporter of the Muslim Brotherhood, is a Muslim terrorist playing President?
Obama wants to give Egypt $Billion for submarines. Everyone knows that the pyramids are prone to Israeli attack from the sea. Obama is way ahead of Americans on this issue.
And by removing troops as he said he would, terrorist attacks are through the roof in Iraq. Now that the Americans are gone, Obama can help put peaceful Muslims in power there to join Egypt's democratic revolution.
Libya? The revolution isn't over there. Al Qaeda and other peaceful Muslim terrorist organizations can put Islam in control there too.
Syria: Just getting started. Same story, overthrow the government and then maneuver to put Islam in control.
The goal? Egypt, Libya, Iraq, Syria joining Iran in destroying Israel and the west. Americans? They don't suspect a thing. Obama is laughing at you and Hillary. Convince the US press and they control what you think. Something stinks, that is hilarious.
