Why Does Hypocritical Obama's White House Pay Women Less?

Equity: The president touts equal pay for equal work but hasn't practiced what he preaches with the women he has employed — including a well-known staffer who complained of a hostile work environment.

It remains a mystery as to why equal pay for women was one of the questions elected by unofficial Team Obama debate coach Candy Crowley of CNN during the second presidential debate.

But it let President Obama launch into breathtaking hypocrisy regarding the Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act.

Lilly Ledbetter, which in Crowley's view ranked right up there with BenghaziGate as a pivotal issue, woke up one morning complaining that her male counterparts were getting paid more money for the same work and decided to sue for redress of this perceived grievance.

After she was told she had missed the statutory deadline, her case made it to the Supreme Court, which said too bad, but you missed the deadline.

So Congress passed the Fair Pay Act, which does more for lawyers than it does for women, merely extending the statute of limitations for pay-discrimination lawsuits from 180 days from the violation to 180 days after the last paycheck issued that was affected by that discrimination.

When Katherine Fenton asked Obama what he intended to do about "women making only 72% of what their male counterparts earn," the question was based on a false premise and a false statistic — one calculated by Diana Furchtgott-Roth, senior fellow at the Manhattan Institute, by comparing all male with all female workers, regardless of experience, productivity, number of hours put in or length of service.

To many regualar American’s are more concerned about feeling good about their ignorance and or about getting “freebies” than honest government.
it lessens their guilt to say they are for fairness and equality.
While the ruling class is willing to throw them some crumbs as long as the ruling class can maintain their power.
If g’ment was truly stream lined most, if not all, of our lifer dog politicians would be out of work.
Noone IN THEIR RIGHT MIND would elect a ZERO from Prezbo!

Obama prefers the company of gay males, so he pays them more. It’s a personal thing, not an institutional thing.

Do as I say—not as I do.

Local Reno stations are running ads for Shelly Berkley—who is under investigation by the House for ethics improprioties—which attack Dean Heller. The newest one I have seen:

Plain looking woman, mid-50’s or so, starts talking about Dean Heller voting against ‘Equal Pay for Equal Work for Women’. (That requirement is very difficult to quantify).

The scene in the store changes somewhat & a sign says it is an antique shop. She is apparently the clerk in this shop. She is complaining about how Dean Heller could vote as such, implying how unfair Heller is towards women.

About midway into the ad, there is a graphic across the screen which says:

SMALL BUSINESS OWNER.

Excuse me—If she is the ‘small business owner’, she is NOT an employee!!!!

She can pay herself whatever she wishes!!!

This is the kind of tainted ads that Berkley is running against Heller.

Who is guiding Berkley in these efforts?

Who is authorizing the production of something that is that contradictory?

Who is willing to pay for something in which the graphics and the audio are contradictory?

The stupidity of Democrats & how they spend money is stunning.

The stupidity of voters who swallow this crap is even more stunning.
