Is it possible for Obama to be getting the questions in advance?

How? You would have to have the latest government technology, and tons of trained government agents who could spy, bug, trace, tap, any use of a digital computer or cell phone. You'd have to have equipment that can see through/hear through walls, and the ability to control the justice system to conceal what you are doing. Who has the ability to do such a thing ?

In all seriousness, the 'outline for discussion' , shown before the debate, pretty much covered the same territory as the actual questions.

Both candidates knew, basically, what the questions would be about.

I really want to hear Mitt say, “Stay out of this Bob – I know you moderators like to jump in and help the president when he’s having trouble, but tonight’s not the night for that.”

IIRC, HE DID say that, in different words.

Mitt stated he was going to finish, and that Bob and Balloon Head could talk when he was done.
