Interview dates: October 19-22, 2012
Sample size: 600 likely voters
Margin of error: ± 4 percentage points, 95% of the time
Question wording and responses:
If the general election were being held today between Barack Obama for president and Joe Biden for vice president, the Democrats, and Mitt Romney for president and Paul Ryan for vice president, the Republicans, for whom would you vote - Obama and Biden or Romney and Ryan (names rotated), or someone else?
GOP/Dem crossover breakdown is about the same as 2008. Obama is underperfoming with Is by 20%
I called this moths ago - Glove WILL win NH.
RCP moved NH back to Obama on the no toss up map - solely on a U of NH poll showing O up by 9. Unreal. I think R will end up winning every state that he is 3 pts or closer to O, including NH.
I think Romney is a good bet to win the state though.
NH is an R+4 or so state. The UNH poll had D+7. Which is a joke. There are more registered Repubs than Dems. And more turnout to vote.
I am assuming the GOTV is still going well.
I think ME will go R and I think CT will too...
It would need to be a big landslide for CT to go R wouldn’t it?
Recent poll had him up in ME-02 as well.
