Following Monday's final presidential debate between Republican candidate Mitt Romney and President Barack Obama, what's left to influence voters between now and election day? An "October surprise" could be on the way from both sides of the race.
According to Politico, Donald Trump said that he'll reveal "very big" news about Pres. Obama but wouldn't elaborate further on what it would be.
"Something very, very big concerning the president of the United States," the "Celebrity Apprentice" show-runner told "Fox & Friends" on Monday. "It's going to be very big. I know one thing — you will cover it in a very big fashion."
Trump told TMZ that an announcement would be made around noon on Wednesday and that it could possibly impact the election.
Though he previously considered running for president himself, the billionaire endorsed former Gov. Mitt Romney earlier this year and has been a longtime critic of Obama. The White House released the Democrat's birth certificate last year after The Donald and other "birthers" claimed Obama was not born in the United States.
Trump's mysterious announcement could get competition from another "October surprise" news event, however, courtesy of high-profile lawyer Gloria Allred.
"Here she comes," The Drudge Report's Matt Drudge wrote. "Hearing Gloria Allred out there again, about to make a move. After all, it's her time of the campaign. Team O at the ready!"
She's refused to confirm it, but Slate reports Allred is expected to drop a bombshell about Romney and abortion. Breitbart points out that Obama's recent "Romnesia" attack may have taken the word from Mormon feminists who criticized the Republican years ago as being unable to recall specific details of his advice on abortion to female congregants.

Voters are probably more “forgiving” of blacks dealing dope in their youth than whites.
It’s just the double standard our guilt-ridden country has allowed itself to suffer.
Obama sold cocaine as a youth will probably not be as scandalous as “Mitt Romney had an affair as a Mormon Missionary in France” ( for instance ).
The former is EXPECTED and COMMON PLACE, the latter (assuming Allred brings up a charge similar to that one ), will be more unforgivable of a Mormon missionary because it is NOT EXPECTED.
That’s just the way America has allowed itself to devolved into.
Both will no doubt wind up looking like bigger idiots than they already do.

For some strange reason - I thought she represented Paula Jones against Bill Clinton - so I did some checking. Not so.
Being a dedicated Dem - she realized the potential in digging up dirt on pols. Dirt on Dems don’t matter, but unproven slurs against conservatives has a big payoff. Election manipulation.
this is apparently what is about.....if it is, it could massively backfire, that they had marriage problems and Trump has bought it out there will only work in Obama’s favour.....I seriously hope he’s got more than this.....

Romney should immediately distance himself from Trump’s big announcement and state that Obama has been a good father and good to his wife.
From my perspective, that’s the ONE thing (the only thing) I respect Obama about: He spared us from 4 years of Clintonesque sleaze. He was true to his wife.

Absolutely.....Romney needs to come out immediately if this takes off put it to bed.
As I said before, I have to believe there is more to this, for Trump, a seriel divorcee to bring this out as his trump card (pun intended) takes some serious audacity. There must be more to whatever there is he is to release. It could seriously backfire and give Obama some underserved sympathy from the mushy centre/undecided ground.
