I have to wonder if the judge has been shopped?

It appears so. Allred got a judge to schedule an "emergency hearing." What judge could possibly consider something like this an emergency, if not one desperate to unseal the records before the election? The wheels of justice never turn so lightening fast for schmucks like us, unless you have a judge with an agenda....

ALLREDDY BOMB
Tune: "Already Gone"

Well, I heard some people talkin' just the other day
And they said Gloria's gonna knock Mitt for a loop
And let me tell ya, she's got some news that's new
And we'll soon find out it's true
And then he'll have to leave the race due to her scoop

It's an Allreddy bomb
She will drop on Rom
We will sing this vict'ry song
Woo hoo hoo, bye bye, woo hoo hoo

The threat that is Mitt Romney made me weep and want to die
And I guess I felt like the future wasn't bright
But October, Miss Allred--well, it took us by surprise
Though we're in a tunnel, now we see the light . . . that's right

It's an Allreddy bomb
She will drop on Rom
We will sing this vict'ry song
Woo hoo hoo, bye bye, woo hoo hoo . . .

Well, I know it won't be long the polls are down
Heaven knows, it won't be truth that sets us free
So often times it happens that we look for hope and change
And we never even know we have the key

You'll see an Allreddy bomb
She will drop on Rom
We will sing this vict'ry song
'Bout an Allreddy bomb

Yes, an Allreddy bomb
She will drop on Rom
We will sing this vict'ry song
'Bout an Allreddy bomb

Yes, an Allreddy bomb
Allreddy bomb, alright, nighty night
Allreddy bomb
Allreddy bomb . . .

The pictured rail car is an Auto-Max articulated auto rack, meaning it’s used to deliver automobiles and light trucks from factory or port to distribution hub. The car is two units with a rubber diaphragm between and a common wheelset (truck) in a design intended to reduce slack between cars. Each of these cars is approximately 110 feet long. The sides are not sealed, they’re only enclosed enough to prevent vandalism and theft to automobiles inside. 102,000 of these cars would require 2,125 miles of track to store them on. They could not be hidden. Even if one assumes these cars were conventional modern 60 foot cars, they would still require 1160 miles of track for storage. In other words,in one unbroken line they would stretch from New York City to at least Chicago,or well into Florida. As auto-racks,they would stretch even further.

An automobile being shipped in one of these cars needs to be tied down. Trains stop and start with a great deal of force, and should a train need to apply an emergency brake application, or crest a grade with poor handling, the slack could run in (or back out) and by the time the autos arrive they would all be smashed up. Could the “shackles” simply be tie downs for specific types of automobile? I see no mention is made of where they are installed in the cars.

Modern railroads have been on a mission to reduce capacity for over 50 years. Trying to store this volume of cars would overwhelm them. Sure, you could put short strings on unused lines all over, but that doesn’t come free - it’s a few dollars a day to store a car. Railroads don’t have a lot of choice where these locations would be, either - they’re not going to tie up their railroad storing them on tracks they need for operation,so they go where ever tracks are not being used; these days there are fewer and fewer of these tracks. Such storage is unsecured, meaning anyone could come along and take actual photos of these shackles to share, should they choose to open a car up. Bombs could be hidden on them,or inside them. Handcuff keys could be hidden inside them. And bottom line, someone would know where they are,a train would have to deliver them to a storage location. Often people who live near places where cars are stored long-term complain about them being there.

Every railroad car that moves in interchange and every shipping container that’s in service in the US has some kind of ID markings, railroad cars use a “reporting mark” that is two, three,or four letters; containers I believe are all four letters. What are the markings on these strange cars? They should be able to be traced to a registered owner or lessor. Same goes for the containers.

Black boxcars would stick out like a sore thumb. Very few boxcars are painted black these days. Only certain open top cars (gondolas, coal hoppers) and tank cars are commonly painted black. Although it’s entirely possible a missionary wouldn’t know the locomotive from a caboose to know the difference.

I’m all for sharing information, but do some homework before you post this kind of stuff, when you post things I can blow big holes in in just a few seconds it doesn’t help your cause. If these cars are out there, they should easily be able to be found, photographed, and traced.

So what’s this case about and what does Romney have to do with it?

You might want to take note of my comment in the first post;
“Stumbled upon this online today, re; Trump. Pretty crazy!”

Perhaps I should have been clearer, but I think the site speaks for itself,,,,,”Pretty crazy.”!!!!!!!!!

Having a lot of trouble posting today! Keep getting “Site Unavailable” messages. Sorry if this posts more than once, but I’m going to try again!

yet another news cycle shifting toward yet another non-issue while we have 12% unemployment, $4 gallon gas and inflation bordering on the obscene... we will be talking about a non-issue distraction for five more days while Barry and his henchman continue the dirty tricks and run-out the clock.

I think that Donald Trump will reveal that Obama has been taking “Contributions” from Foreigners and that there is no way he can return or unspend that money ... severe consequences and press that cannot be undone.

JMHO

It will trump (TRUMP he he) whatever Gloria has

Of course he does.

Good thing we didn’t nominate a guy who can be run out by a MYTH.

Arrogant as I may be, at least I am not so arrogant as to run for president having never won an elected office.

Didja hear I am going to run right down to Halas Hall and tell the Bears I want to be their QB even though I have never played the game. Clearly, if you were running the team, you would snap me right up and cut Cutler.

I say if she unseals the records, we get her!

If she's on the take, there has to be ways to get inside information. Obviously someone has. So can we.

The gossip is that it has to do with testimony Romney gave in the divorce of Staples founder Tom Stenberg.

Donald doesn’t have squat that anyone cares about. His dirt is that Barak & Michelle filed for divorce several years ago. Who give a flying flip? That’s not dirt!!!

Depends on the details. What if Obama had a gay lover which we know is true? What if he beat her? Things like that tend to turn women off!

It is one who would actually vote for someone without a sliver of a chance of being elected who is the clueless ass.
A man who never won an elected office thinks he can be president, the most powerful position in the world? Hilarious stuff.

Herman should have run for an office he was reasonably qualified to hold. But I am sure his past would have caught up with him in any race since its exposure was obviously more than he could handle.

I guess you believe Bill Clinton was “counseling” Monica, too.

Glad to know that you are so all knowing that you have information and knowledge about Cain’s ‘past’.

Your other comment is not only gratuitous but also underscores why I think you are indeed a clueless ass
