Could Carville have been right about a 40 year banishment, but he inadvertently picked the wrong party?

Bloggers and commentators and pundits and talking heads love to pull that @#$%, but it's all just trash.

Win the election and use it to get something done, but don't try to get off on stupid fantasies about permanent victory or permanent power.

Politics goes on and on and on. Sometimes you win. Sometimes you lose. But it doesn't stop.

People who peddle these self-gratifying fantasies have worn out their welcome.

If you manage to achieve anything in politics you can pat yourself on the back, but those who write stuff like this, really aren't contributing much.

There are two articles online which list tossup House seats. Here are the seats included on at least one of the lists: Arizona 1 and 2, CA 7, 26, 41 and 52, Connecticut 5, Fla 18 and 26, Georgia 12, Illinois 12, Iowa 3, Mass 6, Michigan 1, Minnesota 8, NH 2, NY 1, 11, 19, 21, 24, and 27, NC 8, Ohio 6 and 16, Okla 2, Pa 12, Texas 23, and Utah 4.

One of the lists comes from the NY Times, so you may want to take it with a grain of salt. I have seen other articles which indicate that additional Illinois seats are competetive.

the only “wave” out there capable of doing so is that of Constitutional Government.

Let me know when the Feds are gutted by about 2/3rds...powers transferred to these United States..and income tax that is history, along with the Central banking oligarchy...the repeal of the 17th Amendment...doesn’t happen until We the People make it so...it COULD happen..but will take an army of Sarah’s to make it so...

IF the American Lion awakens ...and roars long and loud for a decade or two..our children and grandchildren might see it...

and when it has ...We the People can all sit around congratulating one another about that wave....

in the meantime..the most We the People can claim..is the possibility of having pulled the USA from the brink of Communism back to the lap of Socialism.

There are a lot of Democrats that have come to the same realization as your kids.

I came to the conclusion a looong time ago that the real problem is the leadership of both parties. The recent and prime example is the expunging of "God" from the democrat platform at the convention in North Carolina. I think that the underlying story of that event was not reported.

First, the Dem leadership just entertaining the thought of excluding God from their platform is disasterous on many levels. But, second, IMO, more importantly, when realizing that the light of day will shine on this grand omission, the Dem leadership ignored the will of their own delegates and re-instated "God" back in only for political expediency! And, the Dem leadership members are just a bunch of dictator wannabes who will ignore the will of the people, even their own. This is who they are.
