No surprise is right.
Powell is a phony self-promoter and should never have been considered a conservative by anyone.
He belongs firmly in the Nobama camp.

Powell burned his bridges with the GOP when he leaked Iraq info to the NYT while SoS under Bush and his endorsement of Obama in 2008. Maybe he is applying for Hillary’s job as Obama’s SoS, should he get re-elected.
RINOs need to be set free.

Hold him up to West and he pales to nothingness - the difference between a man and an affirmative action patsy.

Did Powell ever care about the country - or was it all an act for self promotion? The answer is obvious.
For his continued allegiance to the most destructive administration in our lifetime, I hope his career spirals down in flames along with the obama presidency.

Powell’s endorsement is hardly a surprise, nor is it a big deal. Powell has squandered all his personal capital. This was totally predictable.

Probably as soon as he got to the top of the affirmative action ladder in the republican party. Then he showed his true colors.

He belongs firmly in the Nobama camp.
The “Nobama camp” is being exposed as a terrorist training camp on a daily basis. It is becoming increasingly clear that Obama is an enemy of this country and when someone with Powell’s level of awareness chooses to side with him, it has to be because he is also an enemy of this country and seeks its destruction. May they all rot.

Why not? He undermined the Bush administration by remaining silent about his aide "outing" Plame who was not undercover just helping her husband manufacture a scandal by the way. All Colin had to do was tell the media the facts and the story would have died then and there since they wouldn't want any blow back on ST.Collin the just.

The black racist thing aside, Powel is likely trying to drum up some cash by being invited on liberal news and talk shows.
Kinda like the affirmative action former GOP chairman MSDNC trots out for ‘balance’.

Powell shares a lot with Obama. They’re both affirmative action pass alongs who have long since been promoted well beyond their true capabilites.
I will always remember Powell for his whining about Schwarzkopf getting all the credit and press during Desert Storm. It was a me-too routine where Powell felt he had to remind everyone that Norm wasn’t the only one responsible for Desert Storm’s success.
I can’t imagine an endorsement meaning much less.
