Back in 2009, Brian Williams literally bowed to Barack Obama. Today, he's telling like it is from the Obama campaign trail: the size of the crowds is way down from last time around, and the candidate is not the same man he was in '08.
This is a stunning admission from a man seen as deeply in the Obama tank. Williams made his admission to Chuck Todd on today's Daily Rundown. Takeaway line: "palpably obvious to you: this is not '08. These are not the crowds, this is not the candidate."

Obama and Biden were in Dayton on Tuesday and the local media has studiously avoided giving an estimate of crowd size in it’s reports.
The venue chosen required parking downtown, difficult to access and expensive, then hopping a shuttle bus to the venue. The photos posted on the newspaper’s website showed three buses with perhaps 30 people in line.
In another photo, it appeared that a mere three portable toilets were provided for the crowd. The venue itself would not hold more than 1000 people comfortably. It is also the local homosexual hangout.
I would like a defeat of the democrat party that is so crushing that it will be politically impossible to have another democrat party elected to office. IOW the democrat party goes the way of the bull moose, whigs, tory, or commies.
Another lib smells defeat and begins to move to the right side of history.
Sadly I have to say that I am not afraid that he becomes suicidal.
But I am not wishing for it.

That is because, after 4 years, people realize those Greek styrofoam columns from 2008 have more substance than the guy who used them has.
After all the grandiose rhetoric, the bellicose speechifying, the promises, Obama spends more time playing golf than working in the Oval Office.
So how many does the misus on the trail draw?

One thing I like about Newsbusters is that they publish transcripts with their vids, I can read and comprehend a lot faster than the vid or audio and that way i don’t have to hear the annoying sounds of Obama or his Amen Corner in the media. I wish Hoft over at Gateway would do the same.
LOL MY thought too. That park has such a reputation, I’m still puzzled by it’s choice.
Heck, I was priviliged to be part of a huge crowd downtown at Courthouse Square when Reagan spoke years ago.
