WHITE HOUSE INSIDER: Mitt Romney’s Quiet Prayer Amidst The Sound Of Thunder
October 25, 2012 | Ulsterman

Posted on 10/25/2012 11:13:13 PM PDT by Ripliancum

There were some real veteran campaigners backstage and I’m told they were all blown away by this crowd in Colorado. It really was like some big time rock show. Just a huge response for the governor...

...And then something very interesting happens. He moves away from the group of people just a bit. Maybe ten or fifteen feet or so. Just enough to have a little space to himself. And enough people notice that the area gets a lot more quiet, and they are trying to watch the governor without looking like they are watching the governor. They can all kind of tell something is happening right then. It was described as something very peaceful and powerful that came over that backstage area for a moment. And the governor, he lowers his head and his eyes shut tight and you could see him take a slow deep breath and then he lets it out and says quietly, but just loud enough for some to hear, “Lord, if this is your will, please help to make me worthy. Please give me the strength Lord.” And then his eyes open up, and he’s back to smiling and laughing and shaking hands and being the candidate once again.

Oh, I wholly believe that the White House will be “cleansed” before President Romney moves his family there.

I’m excited. This is such a breath of fresh air. My soul rejoices.

A caller to Rush today said they had to park down the hill from Red Rock and hike over two miles to get there.

The entire Interstate leading to Red Rock was gridlocked.

Oh yeah I forgot, Obama sucks.

I too recognize the cult of personality has come upon the US, but with Obama and Romney as our choices, we MUST pray for Romney to seek God and His will for our country and even the world. I don't brag about it, but I have prayed for Obama to be led to true belief, but with no visible result. I feel we are not electing the nation's preacher, but a president. A president NEEDS a strong relationship with God to know His will. I just hope Joey Smith stays out of the way. I find relief that he prays, just as I found relief with Dubya Bush. I didn't love everything he did, but I always felt he was doing it from his faith. I don't agree with everyone in my church, but would vote for any one of them over a Muslim or atheist.

I do worry that he might revert back to his NE Yankee ways and murder babies or agree that sodomites have the right to marriage or something, but that's what we have the other 535 idiots up there to stop. Romney is way better than the Muslim with no father.

WE are not alone against the dark forces - WE WILL get our country back.

God give Romney the strength and protect him.

The Lord spoke through a jack a**. He can use anyone or anything He wants to accomplish His goals. Yes, even a cult of personality.

Lets take a deep breath—we had a rock star president before. The Cult of personality isn’t what we need right now—its a man who can fix the problems, inspire the people and lead them to rise to the occasion. We need no charismatic leaders. Mitt’s going to have a hard time—we must support him right up to the victory and beyond. How you ask?
1. Volunteer to do things that will help the nation.
2. Give money and time to worthy groups and organizations.
3. Live your patriotism and fly your flag.
4. Support the right media—subscribe to people whom think as you do about this great land.
5. Learn the history and greatest of America and teach it to your children and grand children.

Just my opinion....I don’t think anyone is just bowled over by Mitt’s personality. There are aspects about his personality, I’ve grudgingly come to admire.

I think it’s even more simple. There’s a grown up in the room again. (Or on the stage)

I think too it’s rejecting the cult of personality of obama....

Wow - that is so much more impressive than the Northern Virginia rally I attended in Leesburg last week. There were thousands of us. But the park was not packed like that.

I heard a woman on Rush Limbaugh yesterday describe the Red Rocks rally. She had to hike 2.5 miles to get up there. She was so thrilled. I pray to God that He delivers this country from Obama.

God does not need the main stream media to do his will.

It will be nice to have a God fearing President again.

Yes.

I don’t think the people on this thread realize that Mitt Romney is in the process of becoming a God himself.

HERE IS THE CATHOLIC TEACHING ON MORMONISM: (All Christian churches share this same view of Mormon teachings and their holy book, The Book of Mormon).

“Mormons are not Christians. The Mormons will claim to be Christian because they claim to follow Christ, and believe in the Bible. They say that Jesus is a god, but not THE God. They also believe that Lucifer is the brother of Jesus, and neither do they believe that there is fire in Hell.”

“Mormons say that Christ came to teach the truth, but that it was lost when the Apostles dispersed. No one had the truth for over 1800 years until God saw fit to enlighten Joseph Smith in 1823 (that is why they baptize all the dead people who missed out). Besides their strange historical mis-accounts, Mormons also have a warped theology.”

“By following all the rules and ordinances of God here, Mormon men and women have the potential of also becoming gods”

“Mormons believe that there are many worlds and many gods. Each god is similar to God the Father, having the same powers and omnipotence, and even being able to create their own worlds. “Heavenly Father” is only the name of the god who rules over this world.”

Perhaps he will invite them to go in together and perform a cleansing ritual, along with some Rabbis. I have never seen G-d believing people united in this way before. It’s a good thing IMO

I would be thrilled if Romney’s inauguration speech included a prayer for national healing and restoration. It would be great for the country.

The White House needs to be exorcised, cleansed, blessed, and re-consecrated with many fervent prayers.
