without the consent of the Libyan govt

OUR consulate was under attack by militarily armed Libyans. This was either sanctioned by the Libyan government, in which case it was an act of war and asking them permission would be an act of treason, aiding instead of fighting the enemy. Or it was against their wishes, yet demonstrably NOT under their control in which case their permission was irrelevant. Anarchies can't give real permission. And if it was anarchy that was certainly not the fault of Libyans. Gadaffi certainly hadn't run an anarchy. Overt attacks like this would never have happened under his control. Any anarchy would be mainly the fault of one man, the Grand Pres-Bo, unsupported by any other legal authority. PBO [Praised Be Obama]

Yes there will be the bad guys stoking up the masses to hatred and to riot,

I'm not talking about that. I'm talking about a majority of the electorate voting for this lawless regime to continue in office. A rogue government is one thing. A popular vote of the people for it is, IMO, a referendum for the lawlessness it represents by its actions. AFAIC if that happens the American experiment is over. It will entirely be a pretense of a republic after that. I won't be going along with the pretense.

Hopefully a bell that is rang can't be unringed.
Hopefully enough people have had their eyes opened in the last few months to see the truth.
Yes, a real nail biter but, keep the faith my friend... keep the faith.

“In the world of politics and government people die for reasons that are not revealed to the public - not just to watch them die.” Yes, they do.

“Obama had a reason for stopping help to the ambassador.” I believe he did.

“Maybe the ambassador knew too much that could hurt Obama so he called his Muzzie buddies and had them take care of the problem.” Maybe, nothing can be ruled out with The Disaster.

“Dereliction of Duty,, an Impeachable Offense?

It all depends on the make up and balls of the House of Representatives. Conviction depends on the make up and the balls of the Senate.

I say, Impeach, Convict, and then try him for treason, convict him and carry out the usual sentance for Treason.

Anarchies can't give real permission

The US military operates under command of civilian authority that will neither admit nor accept that Libya (among other nations) is an anarchy. This is a political judgement call the military is not authorized to make.

Therefore I sympathize with your rant but there is no legal way a US military commander could have authorized sending gunships or military force into Benghazi unless directed by our government, namely, barry obama. And Hillary and barry for months now both went to exceeding great lengths to kowtow to the dirt bags who killed Qadaffi and are now known as the Libyan "government"
The 2 individuals that tried to do something on their own both died, brave souls. Hope their story is fully explained and understood some day.

Furthermore there could be sensitive news we are not hearing that the attackers were not "Libyans" nor perhaps even "al Qaeda" but operatives of or mercenaries hired by a state power that is an enemy of the US and a friend to Syria (Assad), tasked to take-down a covert US Libyan-based weapons-running operation to Syria

How can this sociopath, knowing that the world now knows, go into the public and say a word--he is a shame ...

Sociopaths, by definition, have no shame.

After his crack to the Rooskies about “I’ll have more flexibility after the next election” that full sequence of events should have already transpired.

I said he is a shame to his office, his country,...etc. Obama is shameLESS. But your academic point is taken.
