f you want to land a top paying job it can be as easy as just shaving your head, according to a new study.

Men with shaved heads are perceived as more masculine, dominant and in some cases, to have greater leadership potential than those with lots of hair or thinning hair, according to a recent study by the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School.

That could explain why the bald heads have become popular among business leaders in recent years. The venture capitalist and Netscape founder Marc Andreessen, 41, DreamWorks Animation SKG CEO Jeffrey Katzenberg, 61, and Amazon.com Inc. CEO Jeffrey Bezos, 48, all sport the shaved head look.

Wharton management professor Albert Mannes conducted three experiments to test people's perception of men with shaved heads. In one experiment, 344 subjects were showed photos of the same men in two versions: one that shows a man with his hair and the other showing him with his hair removed, showing a bald head.

Only dummies would do that.
In my case, my growing brain, with superior intelligence, pushed my hair out, starting as a teenager.
My mother sent me to my pediatrician for advice.
His comment: “My best friend in college was slick as a brick, but he was a fine fellow.”
When I made it to university, my frat brothers called me onion-head.

God made billions and billions of heads. Those he didn’t like, he covered with hair.

LOLOLOL! My husband lost much of his hair from radiation treatments, and it’s not coming back. I’m passing your quip to him when he wakes up this AM!

My first boss out of engineering school in ‘73 had a shaved head. It was the very first time I had encountered that and thought it extremely weird. We field engineers under his “leadership” called him “Chrome Dome” and it wasn’t a term of endearment.
