TRIPOLI, Libya (AP) — It began around nightfall on Sept. 11 with around 150 bearded gunmen, some wearing the Afghan-style tunics favored by Islamic militants, sealing off the streets leading to the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi. They set up roadblocks with pick-up trucks mounted with heavy machine guns, according to witnesses.
The trucks bore the logo of Ansar al-Shariah, a powerful local group of Islamist militants who worked with the municipal government to manage security in Benghazi, the main city in eastern Libya and birthplace of the uprising last year that ousted Moammar Gadhafi after a 42-year dictatorship.

They searched everywhere for someone who would have a story that makes Obama look at least a little credible. And they found a lawyer. Or maybe they made him up. Or maybe he's an Obama plant. Anyway, this passes for "balanced reporting."
Come on, AP, don't dilute the story. The rest of the story shows that it was a planned assault. And there's no way that it could have been interpreted as anything else, either from the ground or from the air.

One of the consulate's private Libyan guards said masked militants grabbed him and beat him, one of them calling him "an infidel protecting infidels who insulted the prophet."
That sounds very much like what Obama said at the U.N.
Can you say set up? Either the "lawyer" lied or Jarrett told them to encourage a group of kids to chant about an unknown video. That's too similar to having American kids singing for the usurper. Nothing is a coincidence.
Exactly. Not a peep out of anyone who was there. Even FOX hasn't posed that question. The msm is having us believe an American ambassador was there in the house all by himself twiddling his thumbs until all heck broke out causing a couple military types to show up out of curiosity.

Believe me, that is one aspect of BenghaziGate that really has my brain twisting. I am not “conspiracy theory” prone, by nature, but this is one time that my brain keeps being dragged unbidden back to “why did they decide it would be better if he were dead?”, on the continued possibility that something’s going on much more nefarious than a simple failure of leadership.
150 men, machine gun trucks, and mortars doesn’t sound much like a “spontaneous demonstration” about a “disgusting video”, does it.
If it is they have a better 2nd Amendment than we do! /s LOL
They’ll say Ham and a Navy Admiral were told to respond but refused to do so. If obama, Panetta, Hillary, Petraeus and the Joint Chiefs tell this lie, they can get away with it and it won’t matter what the general and admiral say. And I’m sure they’ve told them that they might not get that retirement pay they’ve been planning on.
You are correct. It wasn’t a simple failure.
Remember, there were multiple ‘events’ that occurred that day, done by different ‘groups’.
One group was a group of recently released (former) terrorists, who were contracted to destroy the CIA station that was trying to recover the Manpads Missiles. (recover, as if they were ours to begin with...haha).
Another was a planned demonstration against the Embassy based on the leadership of two of Stevens (local citizenry) employees.
The two events got entangled when Stevens tried to move from one location to the other, leading to his death.
There is an ongoing influx of weapons that were used to fuel the Arab Spring and the protests across the Middle East on 9/11/12 and people like Cindy Sheehan rode in ships trying to protect the CARGO SHIPS that were carrying these weapons. They were supported by the DEM(oh, who’s kidding) SOCIALIST PARTY.
BTW, in Libya, they had a recent ‘weapons buyback’ to try and get some of the weapons back, not that the PLANNED TAKEOVER is almost complete. It won’t do to let the ‘citizenry’ have powerful enough weapons to overthrow their new MUSLIM BROTHERHOOD Masters.
