Still don't want to answer the question about why some people don't “deserve” to have to pay their loans? What does “easy to get” mean? Is it “coerced” signatures or easy to get signatures? So it is the banks fault that it finds willing borrowers? The borrowers are just victims of the mean greedy banks who forced or begged them to borrow money?

Now government will be asked to mediate whether the terms of a private contract should be changed post-facto? So the government should intervene and void private contracts so that the “deserving” (we will wait for you to define who “deserves” or not) can stiff a private lender?
