Gallup's daily tracking poll today — which also showed Obama losing 51-46 to Republican nominee Mitt Romney among likely voters — puts the president's approval rating at just 46 percent.
That's a staggering 7-point swing from Wednesday, when Obama's approval rating sat at 53 percent. And it marks Obama's lowest point since late September.
Obama's disapproval rating, meanwhile, jumped to 49 percent. That accounts for another 7-point change since Wednesday, meaning the total swing has been 14 points. The disapproval rating is the president's highest since mid-August.
A lot of this could be statistical noise, considering such wild swings without any major-moving events in the past few days are extremely rare.
But though Gallup's numbers are lower than other polls, there seems to be a trend developing: Every recent poll has put it below 50 percent.

Spot on.. If Romney would have taken the bait, Oblamebush had a strawman ready to explain it away before 60 million people, FREE OF CHARGE.. When Romney outsmarted him, by not bringing it to the fore, he was stymied and never had a chance to recover, without making it an issue in his mind only.. BRILLIANT!
If Barack confessed that he played it easy in Benghazi because he didn’t want to offend our new Libyan friends, he’d be more respected than in the present situation, where conservative commentators are wondering openly about what the sam hill went wrong and why. This is something too heavy for politicians to spin away.
Buckwheat is cooking up flat pancakes, and people want nothing to do with what he’s serving.

It's just that it's less than 10 days to the election, and so the pollsters finally have to start reporting their real numbers.

Tommy opens his own home to anyone willing to join him and urges them to bring as many people with them as they can. When his house becomes too small to accommodate them all, a camp is built with the intended purpose of spreading Tommy's teachings. Tommy's Uncle Ernie assists him at this camp, but uses it as an opportunity for profit and to exploit Tommy's disciples. Now with all necessary resources at his disposal, Tommy instructs his followers to blind, deafen and mute themselves in order to truly reach enlightenment. I have to say, one of the things that surprised me about O was that he actually ran for a 2nd term. He obviously doesn’t like the actual work of being president.

I agree, and also haven’t relied on the polls. The “tell” for me was when Scott Walker, after a political Armageddon, won by a larger margin than originally in WI. Walker, although a fine man, really wasn’t just himself; he was the Anti-Omaba, and the Anti-Obama won in liberal WI in spite of all the unions, radicals, and DemonRats could do. With WI down, there was no way the Illegal was going to win.

O’s approval rating is underwater - I don’t see how he can bounce back - not in the time that’s left. The damage is done.
I first voted in 1964 and voted for Goldwater, God bless his soul and keep him. I’ll turn 70 in December. Every time the DemonRat won from ‘64 on, including ‘64, I felt bad vibes that told me the Evil Thing was going to win. I absolutely don’t feel those bad vibes this year, instead, it feels like 1980 when Ronald Reagan, our greatest president since George Washington, won. Be of good cheer.

You've got it. Too many people in this country either served in the military or had loved ones serve - and the idea that a United States President would stand by and watch four men die - for nothing - is sickening. I can't even think of a lie Team Obama could come up with to fool democrats on this issue.
Rachel Maddow doesn’t understand many women have sons, fathers, brothers and sisters in the Military. And those women do not want the President of the United States to watch ‘snuff films’ of their loved ones’ slow deaths.
It’s rather obvious that obama wants people to get those votes in before they learn something that might change their minds.
