Benghazi attack: Libya claims put White House on defensive [AP report in Newsday]
Newsday ^ | October 27, 2012 | Associated Press

Amid new claims that the White House failed to send help quickly enough as militants overran the mission, Obama administration officials defended their response to the September attack on the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi, Libya. The U.S. ambassador and three other Americans died in the hourslong battle. Fox News reported that security officers working for the CIA in Benghazi heard the attack on the consulate but were twice told to wait before rushing to the compound. Fox also reported that U.S. officials refused when the security team asked for U.S. warplanes to bomb their attackers, which would have meant violating Libyan airspace.

Perhaps this AP report is a sign the story is about to break into the MSM.

Well, the MSM has had all weekend to collaborate with the administration and get their stories straight. Be a shame if they were to come up with another lie, then get blown out of the water when more true facts were revealed.

If anyone checked out judge jeanine show, Pat Cadell was on fire denouncing the administration, the fraud and chief and especially the lame stream media. Looked as though he was on his way to a heart attack

Newsday—Long Island, NY. rag.
I used to deliver their newspapers back in 69-70 in the afternoons on bike as a kid.

I don't know what Obama can say, someone refused to send help-who was it?

Only Obama could make that decision.

Hopefully many more rags that mostly rely on the AP will pick up this story. It cannot simply be confined to Foxnews if it is to move the election decisively to Romney.

This is why Michell’s was encouraging early voting for Dems. Don’t be surprised if a feeding frenzy follows as Obama’s prospects fade.

The Benghazi facts are slowly coming out. Here’s a good summary.

Why is no one asking the man-child-mouthpiece (Carney), Dempsey, Panetta, or anyone at Foggy Bottom the 64 Million Dollar (and so obvious) question:

If asking "permission" to enter Libyan airspace was considered so important, necessary and apparently, one of the reasons we could not respond....

WHY was that consideration NOT applied when we sent the SEALS into Pak-ees-tan (and violated their airspace/sovereignty) to get Bin Laden?

The MSM has already made the decision. They chose to show the world that they have 0 credibility and 0 sense of responsibility so that they could reelect their man.

I have one question. If this gunfight lasted seven hours where are all the dead terrorists? How many were killed? What happened to their bodies? Ok; three questions.

As was mentioned yesterday by another poster, we had two drones in the sky over Benghazi.....we were already in Libyan airspace. The “We were hesitant to violate Libyan airspace” story is just another lie.
