Mason-Dixon Polling Director: “Romney has pretty much nailed down Florida”
Battleground Watch ^

“Romney has pretty much nailed down Florida,” said Brad Coker of Mason-Dixon Polling and Research, which conducted the poll for the Times and its media partners. “Unless something dramatically changes — an October surprise, a major gaffe — Romney’s going to win Florida.” “Being that this is I-4, the Florida battleground, the region of the state that usually tells you how it’s going to come out, for Romney to be up 6 points right now … they should be able to call Florida as soon as the polls close in Pensacola if they do their exit polling right,” Coker said.

If this is so, then Romney needs to concentrate on WI, PA OH, MI, IA and CO. Take a few swipes into VA just to keep the momentum.

You know when people are displaying homemade signs eg We Built This that the leftist pol/media cabal are on ‘the wrong side of history’ as they are fond of saying.

This makes me SICK. The lame-stream and real clear politics are still classifying FL as ‘toss-up’. If Zero had these numbers in FL, it would be classified as ‘lean Obama’.

I am going to have a nervous breakdown before this damned election is over. It’s a wonder my tv is still in one piece — daily I want to throw something at it every time I see the lame-stream shamelessly spinning for that LIAR/MURDERER in the White House.

Drove back from Florida recently...HUGE signs along the freeway and lots of them against Obama!

Exactly!

I've noticed the same around my middle-class neighborhood n Tampa, whee the Romney signs are abundant, and no Obama signs anywhere.

Then driving to my daughter's home, also noticed that, the Romney signs are all over the place, and no Obama signs on any front yard anywhere. Then, driving to her place of work, I also noticed that, even in those neighborhoods we passed along the way, that Romney signs overwhelmingly outnumbered the Obama signs, and we only noticed about 3 Obama signs. Also, on the roads to any place I go to, whether my daughter's home or place of work, or to stores, Romney signs seem to be the only noticeable signs, with a couple of exceptions along the way. Apparently, the Romney people are more respectable to the Obama sign holders, since, they haven't stolen or taken them off those lots, like the Obama people like to do with Romney signs.

If I decided to do polling based on the Romney vs Obama signs I've noticed, then, Romney would be ahead with about 90% of the votes. But then, I don't travel too much to the poor neighborhoods, where the Obama signs are more visible, but even there, Romney signs are about equal to Obama's.

My conclusion is that, when it comes to the middle-class, which is where I and my daughter live, Obama has lost the vast majority of them, and that middle-class hasn't bought the manure that Obama keeps selling in order to win the middle-class.

On November 6, we can finally say, good riddance!!!!, to the nightmare that Obama has been to America for the past 4+ years.

Jupiter, Florida, October 27, 2012, Polling Station, Library on MIlitary Trail.

“Hundreds of Florida voters turned out to vote today at a Florida polling station in Jupiter. Jupiter Police were required to direct traffic and help voters park cars in the Library parking lot. Dozens of Romney/Ryan signs present, no Obama/Biden activity noted whatsoever. Vehicles driving by on Military trail were having a Romney/Ryan horn honking session!!! This was a “Romney/Ryan” fest in the heart of “Liberal” south Florida!!! Today, Sunday is another repeat of yesterday. The American people have finally gotten Obama’s number. Obama/Biden are toast in Florida!!!”

The lame-stream and real clear politics are still classifying FL as ‘toss-up’.

Neither the lame-stream media, nor Obama, can allow the perception that, they've lost Florida. That could start a domino effect which would be unstoppable, and soon, they'd have to start counting other toss-up states as "lost". Obama and his campaign may know the real facts, but, they can't admit to them.

Couple the I-4 findings with the news from the Florida panhandle and it indeed does look as though Romney can now concentrate more in WI, PA, and other areas the Failure thought he had locked up.

One liberal friend’s staying home on election day this year. She was going to vote for Obama, but has changed her mind. She won’t vote for Romney... She lives in Hillsborough County - outside of Tampa.

Here in Highlands County there are a few simple yard signs that read: “Save Medicare - Vote Obama”. There also huge LED billboards that read, “Save AMERICA, Vote Mitt!”

LOL!! Loving it.

Relative reported yesterday, Saturday, that she tried to vote in Coral Gables and couldn’t even park! Huge line, and Romney signs everywhere in the Gables, scant ZerO signs. She says the opposite was true in ‘08. Let’s roll, America!!!

The campaigns knew this a couple of weeks ago.

Polls will show Vir. locked also next week.

The Democrats will cling to Ohio until the last day.

I am noticing here in South Florida that Romney ads outnumber Obama ads by at least 3 to 1. In fact, I think Team Obama is ONLY running enough ads so it doesn’t give the impression that it has given up on Florida.

M-D is the best state poller out there but I’ve heard nothing from them this cycle. Not sure why.
