Ed Schultz @edshow
As Hurricane #Sandy approaches, remember that under Romney, there'd be no federal relief for natural disasters. #edshow http://tv.msnbc.com/2012/10/26/why-romneys-not-ready-for-hurricane-sandy/

It is BEYOND credibility. Shultz is insane, along with matthews, O'donnell and just about everyone else on PMSNBC.
She and her colleagues are taking a van and driving home.
The great thing about Sandy is afterwards we’re all gonna hear about all the October snow that it created being an indication of global warming. </sarcasm>
We won’t have any money for disaster relief once Obama bankrupts the country.
Storms like that are nothing to mess with. Better safer on the ground.
My daughter and her dog arrived from New Jersey at 4:00 this morning. They’ll be here until ... whenever. The Coast Guard will phone when they want her back.
Glad she made it before the bad stuff started. Hopefully they won’t want her back too soon.
What are the ratings for that insane leftist? I only hear clips on Rush or Hannity, but how many people like to have their TV scream at them?
I guess it depends on how much damage there is, whether they get power up, and so on. They’ll have locked down the Armory before they evacuated. The recruits were bussed to Fort Dix.
How is it where you are? We’re going to get strong north winds for a couple of days, but by late next week, it will be sunny and warm again, say the weather-guessers.
It’s not that bad - at the moment, however, high tide was brutal this morning for flooding and this evening’s tide is going to be worse. We’re supposed to be getting the worst of it starting tonight and lasting into Tuesday morning.
Are you close enough to the shore to worry about tidal flooding?
The gut feeling I have is that the folks voting against Mr. Obama who are independently minded but not undecided ill-informed wishy washy are absolutely of no mood to put up with Democratic spin anymore, and that they are going to become quite willing to start getting blunt about it.
The Democrats and MSM are throwing away the immense (and undeserved) ability they had to morally intimidate, because they use it too often and it vecomes obvious. People voting for Gov. Romney who are not really Republicans will probably never go back to the Democratic Party of today if the right option is presented to them. Which means even if Obama wins, he has a problem come January. People are not going to feel they just have to go along with his next proposal, and there will not be much cost in standing against him. He may say he will have a mandate, and others may say it, but the truth will be that politically, all he would have done was hold on to the job. I dont see him being able to do anything with it, and the 2014 elections might make 2010 look tame.
For the next few years, the undecided or unaffiliated middle is shrinking, and not in a way favorable to Democrats. The only way to change that dynamic is for Dems to lose power and wait for the GOP overreach. And therein lies the opportunity.
Dont overreach.
I’m actually dead center between the Atlantic and the Chesapeake, and relatively high ground (for this flat area.)
The only flooding we get here is in the fields because of the creek tat is our northern property line as it is tidal from the Chesapeake - but even during Isabel it never reached the house.
Sounds okay, then. I hope you don’t lose power for too long! My brother in PA has a generator.
Losing power is actually the least of my concerns because it happens so rarely here. I’m more worried bout losing satellite internet............
you’ve got freepmail.
The Dems aren’t going to let any tragedy go unexploited... in this case they are hoping to turn Romney’s very principled stance against FEMA (remember its “stellar” performance during Katrina?) into a political talking point. I hope that the Romney campaign doesn’t take that bait...
She should be in Indiana by now. Glad she got out in time.
Hope you're doing well.
How's the weather? Do you still have power?
Well, looks like BHO is back in D. C. to play president, and we are going to be hearing ad nauseum about how the Feds are prepared to help millions in this possible catastrophe, exploit this weather event to showcase how great FEMA is, and how awful Romney was to call for an end to it... and so on. I only pray that this (literally) blows over soon, and BHO doesn’t get to play president to avoid defending his failure of a presidency...
