For the Kennedys, it was easy being green.
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and his late wife, Mary Richardson Kennedy, didn’t pay a penny for the high-end kitchen appliances, dual-flush toilets, solid brass and zinc faucets, hardwood flooring and hypoallergenic rugs when they created their eco-friendly Westchester mansion. Even the bamboo hangers and the cleaning products were free — a $1.3 million bonanza of swag.
Now five months after Mary Richardson Kennedy’s suicide at the sprawling estate in Bedford, her husband is set to make a windfall.

Add Joan Kennedy to the list. She wasn’t killed by Teddy, but he drove her to drink. Ruined her life. Very sad.
It’s easier to die, but I won’t. My kids need me. Kathleen is only 9 months old. I wonder if Mary Kennedy went to the gastroenterologist and the dermatologist, and they said, “No, you don’t have cancer.”? “Sorry ....”

well, my Mom was widowed at age 29 and was 2 months pregnant
She had a near-death experience when she gave birth and said she didnt want to come back, but made the choice to come back for us kids
She did raise 3 kids with very limited family help and some real good friends she made along the way
we all turned out great-
It is a hard thing but a good thing to do with your life, to raise children

This week I purchased through amazon.com, 2 incredible books. I got them yesterday and was up past midnight reading. The books are “Why Does He Do That?” and “Should I Stay Or Should I Go?” by Lundy Bancroft. The customer reviews found at the book listing at amazon convinced me I needed these books to figure out what to do. I read half of the first book last night. So far the insights given into the mind of controlling abusers have been priceless. The author goes into how abusers of all kinds “snow” their therapists, or the people who lead the court ordered anger management classes. RFK jr seems to be a “controlling,narcissistic, entitled abuser”. His poor wife was driven to suicide by that monster.

I don’t feel a shred of sympathy for her. I’m glad her death was able to help you somehow, but this chick knew exactly what she was doing. He was still married when they started “dating”. So she was sleeping with a married man.
I most sincerely hope you don’t end up the same place she did.
Yesterday their main rant was about how republicans plan to steal the election because one of Romney's sons holds stock in a fund which includes a company that makes voting machines.

They want to get high, (this is not always drugs)
they want money,
they want sex,
they want food,
They want....and want, and want, until there is nothing left.
That is what users do. Use. They will consume everyone, and everything in their path, and use anyone or anything that comes into their gravitational sphere.
They are liars, and are convincing to even trained professionals.
Speaking from first hand experience, you should put this person out of your life....NOW!! They will feign concession, and change, this is only temporary and it will come back again only stronger. They will probe you bit by bit, test you with petty torments, keep working you like a thousand paper cuts.
Trust me, there will come a time in the future, where deep down in your heart of hearts you’ll know that O.J. did it.
I was married to a female version of one of those and it was difficult to expurgate that person and everything that went with it. But once done, and the chaos was gone I could experience life again. I could know joy, love, pleasure in the simple things, in a word...peace.
This is a constant battle. They will keep at you...keep testing, to see just how far they can go, every minute of every day. It took almost 4 years after being divorced to get her out of my life for good.
Oh dear...I am so sorry to hear you’re going through all this. I sincerely wish I could help in some way. You have a beautiful family and they’re lucky to have you for a mother. Stay strong and don’t be afraid to reach out for a shoulder to cry on or steady you through this. Even if that shoulder is here online.
Thank you all for your support and kindness. I feel hopeful about my life for the first time in a long time, and I just felt like I owed Mary Kennedy a debt, may she rest in peace.
