Yes, I read a report before this happened estimating it would take 50 billion dollars to fix the subway system if it got flooded. Unlike you, I do try to incorporate facts into my opinions.
You’re full of it.. Most of the estimates are for $20 billion of the ENTIRE event. Get a clue.
