Posted on 10/31/2012 2:44:02 PM PDT by BornToBeAmerican
I just voted, I hope everyone has or is going to.
The place was packed and it was good to see. I know Texas is safe, but one is never safe doing nothing.
My wife and I voted on the 24th.
I vote on election day and we will one day rue this early voting cap.
I voted Obama out.
(Now where’s the stain remover...?)
I will vote on election day. Lawyers should not be allowed to hold public office. Lawyers should be at home cooking, sewing, helping their mother around the house, and fostering relationships with persons of the same gender.
The most important point about voting EVEN is red states is to also vote down the ballot and keep control of local government.
people in Dallas county saw what happened when they voted for Pubs at the top of the ballot but did not vote down the ballot and Dems took control of the county.
so PLEASE everyone do like Born did and Vote
it also sends a message to the elected Repub Pols that people are watching and will vote them out if they start waffling
Nov.6 here in Ca.
I don’t believe in early voting or voting absentee unless I have no other choice.
Mrs. 40 and I have voted and we both voted for the Rosanne Barr/Cindy Sheehan ticket. /s
My wife and I voted R&R on Tuesday, and straight Rep ticket here in Fla
Nope I do something real novel I vote On Election day like your supposed to
Yes. Voted Monday. Worked with the Early Voting. We had over 30,000 vote on the first day here in San Antonio.
Yep. I know some FREEPERS are totally against this but I voted anyway and glad to have done so early.
Surely, my fellow Americans understand that they have only ONE chance to remove a communist cabal from power peacefully. That chance is November 6, 2012 Who can afford to focus on anything else?
No true Patriot will be sitting out the election at home this time. No decent American will sit on the sidelines in some futile 3rd party fantasy or protest. There is simply too much at stake.
We currently have a known enemy of our nation residing in the peoples White House. The people didnt have the good sense to stop it in 2008. The courts didnt have the courage to stop it or rectify the disaster after the 2008 election. Congress hasnt had the backbone to correct the fraud and hold all accountable, even after the 2010 cycle that swept so-called Tea Party candidates into political power. Not even state governments have the honor and courage to block a known fraud from appearing on the ballot again in 2012.
That means that righting the greatest wrong ever perpetrated in American politics is left to the American people alone. They will get ONE CHANCE to end this charade, peacefully, on November 6th. If they fail to end it peacefully, they will be left with only a Second Amendment solution. There is no other solution at that point.
When did communism become an American Dream for some? A long time ago When the American people allowed it.
When did the communist dream become acceptable to the rest of America? Only YOU can answer this one, on November 6th, 2012.
No American can afford to sit this one out or play childish games with fantasy candidates. Removing this criminal communist cabal from power is the ONLY relevant issue of the 2012 election. Only a traitor, a coward or a fool would tell you any different!
I couldn’t make it the first day, but I voted the second day. There were several people there even in my tiny town.
We have already voted. Four votes in our household for the Republican ticket.
Mail vote here. I am going to vote NO on homo marriage in my state and (will vote on) maybe one or two other issues. Abstaining on presidential candidate and governor (both liberal Republicans running).
Filled it in the day it came in the mail, sent it off the next. Like to get it over with and go back to being audience.
I voted and I voted for Romney, Obammy made it so easy to vote for him it wasn’t even funny.
Sent in my absentee ballot last week. Doing my part to narrow Romney/Ryan’s margin of defeat in the People’s Republic of Mexifornia...
I was a Judge at both Bush runs and primaries what long days they were My wife is unable to stand or walk far so we went Monday. It took more time to get from parking to vote no line no machine malfunction like Gilford county.
I voted 12 days ago.
I’m in CA. Just found out my work schedule puts me 400 mi. away from my local voting place on Nov. 6, and now it’s too late to apply to vote by mail. Do I have any options?
I’m going to try and vote tomorrow at 0700. The lines here have been horrendous in Palm Beach County. I’ve had some health issues lately, so it won’t be cheating if I use a walker. Maybe they’ll take pity on grizzled old vet with a walker
I like voting on voting day, but was going to be out of town. Rather than miss voting Obama out, I voted early. :)
No. Election Day is next Tuesday, and that’s when I’ll vote.
How could you not vote Romney, at least as a vote against Obama. It is not even close. I respect your decision, but will urge you to vote Romney.
Thanks for voting tomorrow. I hope your health gets better. I like SOME parts of getting older but health issues are the worst. Thanks for your service to our magnificent country!!!!
In Georgia, we have early voting locations to go vote at. Don’t know how it works in CA. I used to do Absentee.
I can’t say for sure, but I think the large bold font made that more interesting.
Thanks for your civility but no thanks.
This is the first time I voted by mail. I have a disability. In good weather I can always get out, but if it’s too cold or snowing, I’m stuck.
Really wish we could all vote by mail or internet, but we’d probably have more fraud than we already have. If someone could only design truly impenetrable security...
CA? Unless you’re from OC or Fresno, it doesn’t make any difference. You are shouted down by the leftists.
Only think I can hope for is that you live in a truly RED or truly BLUE state.
Don’t blame voters for bad candidates. There’s nothing childish about saying “I don’t agree with this guy enough to vote for him”.
Wife and I both voted early in San Antonio. Lines were not long - I voted on day one, wife did today with no line. Our area is mixed D and R. Very few signs out.
While I don't support early voting 100% because it can offer more opportunity for the other side to commit voter fraud, it also gives the working man more of an opportunity to cast his vote as well.
Here's the deal. If you can only vote on Tuesday within a particular time frame, republicans could actually lose votes of the working class (the ones who push the wagon) who cannot leave their jobs to vote. That leaves the riders of the wagon all the time in the world to vote at least once. They have nothing to do all day.
I would support a weekend election day instead of a Tuesday election.
If we could enforce the laws and increase dramatically the penalties for voter fraud, early voting would be an advantage to the republicans.
I voted already for 2012. Did it last month. That's ONE more car that will fit in the parking lot on tuesday for someone to vote and I could actually bring in a car full of voters on Tuesday (if I don't have to work)and wait in the car knowing that I do not have to stand in that long line.
It's more convenient. You, you will have to go there twice. Once for you to get your vote in and the second time to bring other voters to vote against Obama as well.
We need to use the recources we have (whether we agree with them or not) to OUR advantage. You can bet the opposition is doing it for Obama's advantage.
Voted last week...GO ROMNEY/RYAN
Honestly, I have some problems with Romney. But I’ve talked to way too many people who are struggling right now looking for work, who have told me they would be in despair about being able to find work if Zero is re-elected and Obamacare goes into effect.
Whatever issues I may have with Romney, I simply cannot justify not doing what is in my power to rid the country of Obama.
I’m going to wait until Election Day so I can serve as a poll watcher.
I know that Obama’s supporters will do anything to get him re-elected, and I’m going to do my part to make sure they don’t get away with any funny business in my area.
Did it yesterday morning. On the weekend the lines were super long. I live across the street from our voting location so I was able to go when there weren’t lines. But when I was done the lines were long again.
Also in Texas — We know how the POTUS will go but we HAVE to get Cruz in!
>>Theres nothing childish about saying I dont agree with this guy enough to vote for him.<<
Better to indirectly vote for the other guy. If obozo wins the sideliners and fantasy players will be to blame.
New RNC Ad:
It’s Time To Vote
I’ll vote on election day, like it’s supposed to be, with my ID identifying my unique, singular right to vote. How can early or absentee voting, combined with the ability to register at the polls, not bastardize the system?
Two here for Romney next Tuesday in MA. My son would vote for him too if he could. Brown as well.
Frankly I’m unsure if Brown will actually win. It’s tight. Tesei will win Tierney’s seat. Not sure about Bielat but i pray he wins.
If Obummer does win MA it won’t be by much.
No, if obozo wins the GOP who couldn’t put forth a candidate to appeal to the masses are to blame. Don’t be like the democrats in 04, they blamed the voters too, completely ignoring the fact that their candidate sucked. Now Romney’s no Kerry, but if he can’t win this election it’s his own damn fault for being mister Romneycare, and the GOP for winding with him as their best shot.
I totally understand the concept of the Election Day purists -— but God didn’t promise me tomorrow, only today, so I choose to use the opportunity just in case.
I’ll bet there are some folks on the Eastern seaboard who wish NOW that they had voted early if they had an opportunity!!!
I know that if someone were to come to the US from Mars and watch the campaigns and debates it would be easy to assume that Obama must be the outsider/challenger and the Republican has been in the White House for the last four years
Reality is... THIS is a referendum on OBAMA and not the challenger. If Obama wins, he has a MANDATE as far as he is concerned and who needs to go through Congress when you have a MANDATE?
That’s how Obama thinks.
This is a referendum on Obama
My daughter and I vote absentee. We’re election inspectors, and are always swamped with new same day registrations. By voting absentee, we’re certain to get the time to vote.
