CIA Veteran Scheuer: Benghazi ‘Worse Than Watergate’
By Kathleen Walter and Patrick Hobin
Wednesday, 31 Oct 2012 04:08 PM

The Obama administration’s reluctance to talk about what happened in Benghazi, Libya is worse than Watergate, counterterrorism expert Michael Scheuer told Newsmax TV, and Americans will not learn what happened because President Barack Obama wants to protect his chances at being re-elected.

Scheuer, a 20-plus year CIA veteran who headed the Osama bin Laden tracking unit in the late 1990s and as special adviser to the unit’s chief from 2001 to 2004, said the handling of the Benghazi attack was not a matter of incompetence.

Watch the exclusive interview here.

“It’s hard to claim incompetence when you have the information in a real-time manner as the White House did,” he said. “They were watching or listening to the attack on our people there in Benghazi for about seven hours. This, clearly, is a case of deciding not to help those people and now trying, in the waning days of the election campaign, to prevent Americans from learning what a cowardly and arrogant policy Obama picked in order to protect his election chances.”

...what was the body count in Watergate...????

Now, how does that compare to the mission in Benghazi...don't call it a consulate because that's not correct....

Now, what the Hell was the real operating objective in Bengahzi.... Was it another spin on Fast & Furious?

There's a minor detail that makes it totally different..

The MSM went into a frenzy.. TV network news in the evenings sometimes used the full 30-minutes to rehash old stories and add new stories. Newspapers above-the-fold front pages were reserved for Watergate. All this went on for weeks.

There is a major detail.. IIRC there were no deaths related to the coverup.

If you want an equivalent cover up were an enemy killed Americans and was granted impunity by both LBJ and Nixon along with their cover-ups look at the USS Scorpion and the 99 crewman killed.

Was Stevens ready to sing about Bathhouse Barry? Was this an elaborate hit?

RE: "Was [Benghazi] another spin on Fast & Furious?"

Gun running to Syria.. something that Putin would want to end by any means necessary?

In that case the deaths at Benghazi and the deaths of the USS Scorpion crew could be more alike than I thought.. if the Russians were behind the Benghazi attacks.

Scheuer is another one who was bright enough to know that this was not our mess. I remember the interview he did with Andrew Napolitono on Beck’s show when we were just starting to get involved.

I nearly fell out of my chair when Scheuer called them “Obama’s little brown brothers”.

“If the Russians were behind the Benghazi attack” -They might have been. The Russians are supporting the government in Syria. We are supporting the opposition in Syria. The Russians may very well have just kicked Obama in his behind.

A. Napolitano :“How much of a threat is Muammar Gaddafi to the United States of America at the present time?”

M. Scheuer :“Zero, Sir,”

A. Napolitano :“And what would be the basis — moral, political, economic or military — for the American president to threaten military action against him?”

M. Scheuer :“Arrogance and racism is the answer. Every time Obama opens his mouth he sounds like a combination of Kipling and Woodrow Wilson. He’s gonna teach our little brown brothers how to vote and how to elect people. He’s really a tragedy for America, he’s gonna get more of our kids killed in wars that we can’t get out of once we start.”

A. Napolitano : “Does the president of the United States know what he’s getting us involved in if when he threatens military action over there?”

M. Scheuer :”I don’t think so, Sir.”

It wasn’t just these four who were abandoned.

***ALL*** were abandoned by Obama! Thanks to the efforts of a few brave men the others survived.

It’s interesting you mention that. Erik Rush had a column about the same thing in the Canada Free Press about a month ago.

His column questions if this was a hit on Stevens because he knew too much.

“Was Stevens ready to sing about Bathhouse Barry? Was this an elaborate hit?”

No and yes.

No, it was not about Bathhouse Barry. But there is Gayness afoot.

Yes, it was an elaborate hit.

1- security is REMOVED after they have been asked to INCREASE it.

2- they REFUSE to do anything after the attack starts.

3- they tell forces activated outside of an explicit presidential command to STAND DOWN and not go in.

4- The Disaster has been losing for months and the internal polling has shown it, not to mention the historical trend started in 2010.

5- he needs a miracle to motivate and enthuse the Fools and crooks who put him in office.

6- he needs an instantaneous Gay Hero as a martyr.

7- Stevens death was a sacrifice for the greater Progressive Cause, Gay Marriage etc.

Now this might sound crazy but when Wile E. Coyote is running the campaign it sounds about right.

Legal Definition of Treason:

The betrayal of one’s own country by waging war against it or by consciously or purposely acting to aid its enemies.

Under Article III, Section 3, of the Constitution:

Any person who levies war against the United States or adheres to its enemies by giving them Aid and Comfort has committed treason within the meaning of the Constitution. The term aid and comfort refers to any act that manifests a betrayal of allegiance to the United States, such as furnishing enemies with arms, troops, transportation, shelter, or classified information. If a subversive act has any tendency to weaken the power of the United States to attack or resist its enemies, aid and comfort has been given.

It is what is known as an indirect hit, and used to rid yourself of shall we say inconvenient underlings, first thing you do is put them in a bad situation then you actively make it worse and worse for them until your enemies finish the job.

Usually when I make a graphic I work at high resolution and then downsize it for display on a screen. Unfortunately, in this case, I wasn't working on my own computer (the monitor died), so I had to use Gimp instead of Photoshop and I didn't follow my usual practices. Long story short - I don't think this version has enough resolution to make a decent print.

If you want to give it a shot anyway, Staples sells both sticker sheets and magnetic sheets that are compatible with inkjet printers Link to Staples

I hope to have my computer issues resolved this weekend, if I get a chance I'll try to redo the graphic at a higher res and get a copy to you.

I was very careful to remember everything on the first day, when the truth comes most easily, and the most striking thing that escaped censor was ‘He (Stevens) was killed by his own puppets’.... this coming from Libyan folks around the Consulate.
