Benghazi Reveals Obama-Islamist Alliance
AmericanThinker.com ^ | 11/1/2012 | James Lewis

The nature of the Benghazi disaster is now clear. Ambassador Stevens was engaged in smuggling sizable quantities of Libyan arms from the destroyed Gaddafi regime to the Syrian rebels, to help overthrow the Assad regime in Syria. Smuggling arms to the so-called "Free Syrian Army" is itself a huge gamble, but Obama has been a gambler with human lives over the last four years, as shown by the tens of thousands of Arabs who have died in the so-called Arab Spring -- which has brought nothing but disaster to the Arab world.

For the last four years, the Obama policy has been to offer aid and comfort violent Islamic radicals in the delusional belief that their loyalty can be bought. We therefore betrayed Hosni Mubarak, our 30-year ally in Egypt, so that the Muslim Brotherhood led by Muhammed Morsi could take over. Obama indeed demanded publicly that Mubarak resign, for reasons that never made any sense at all. Egypt went into a political and economic tailspin, and the Muslim Brotherhood were elected. The Muslim radicals have now purged the only other viable political force, the army and police, to protect their monopoly on power. We have colluded in that betrayal.

From the article...
General Ham has now been fired for following standard U.S. policy to defend American personnel. He took an honorable stand and was fired.
As much as this has been rumored in many places, I don't think it has been established as fact.

It’s obvious where his loyalties lie, and they’re not with the Constitution of the USA.

Who would have guessed on 9/11 that in ten years al Qaeda would have an agent planted in the White House?

The crux of the article... from the embedded “evidence”:

GA: Do you believe that this was a cover up from the very beginning?

CL: Oh yes, the gun running of course, that was the thing.

GA: That was my next question; do you believe that this administration is smuggling weapons to Al-Qaeda?

CL: Well, not… I mean… The short answer is yes. They were working with the very same Al-Qaeda linked relationships in Libya to gather up and buy back and collect weapons from Gaddafi’s stock pile that were missing from the revolution in Libya last year and what it looks like is that they were shipping them onwards to Syria.

GA: Some of those weapons have already shown up in the Sinai on the southern border of Israel.

CL: Yes, they’ve gone to the Sinai and they’ve also gone to Mali and to other places in western Africa and they’ve also gone to Syria. That was the operation, that’s what they were doing.

It is depraved that the ones rescued who had been written off as collateral damage by the depraved Clinton-obama team are not speaking out loud angry and clear.

Kill anyone that can successfully point a finger at him.

takes a page out of the Clinton playbook. the ambassador did not have a chance. He had information that could embarrass both Hillary and obama. For a long time, he was a dead man walking, then he was hust a dead man.

But the truth if the matter is, no matter what he had on either obama or Hillary, the media would not have reported it.

And the media, by doing that, actually fits the Constitution’s definition for treason:

“Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.”

I believe the courts have defined treason as giving MATERIAL aid and comfort. I would say that holding onto audio to allow a cover-up of the arming of Al Qaeda to continue is also “material aid” to the enemies of the United States - namely, Obama and the Al Qaeda operatives that he is arming.

No, but the internet would.

And Glenn Beck, and Rush, and FOX and ....

It occured to me a few weeks ago, when my daughter told me about how she connects to the internet via her phone, that the pajama media is no longer in PJ's, but out shopping, getting their hair done, golfing, going to work, etc.

When I first discovered FR in '98, I was so impressed I had business cards printed up with the loga and web address and dropped them on desks and any place I thought someone might have accdess to and use a computer.

Computers are no longer neccesary

I’ve been hearing more and more about this alleged “gun running”, but haven’t seen any concrete evidence—yet. If true, this brings to mind Iran/Contra, although this time we have dead Americans, a stand down order that hasn’t been answered for, and a direct attempt by the Obama administration to deflect attention (and blame) onto some silly film trailer. Connect all these dots and they’ll spell Impeachment.

I guess... I'm missing that link somewhere.

A LOT of people have been saying we SHOULD be trying to aid the rebels who are fighting against Assad. If Obama decided to do this, through a clandestine operation in Libya, I suppose that's his call. I'm not sure we'd be so opposed to it if it was Rep. Pres who made that call?

What I don't understand is.... Why didn't he protect our Ambassador? The BEST way to keep a covert mission quiet is.... to be the WINNER in any fire fight. That way, you don't have reporters, and enemies walking all through your stuff in the days after the battle. I guess...I DO understand. But, THAT was a really BAD decision.. IMO

Anyway... I think we will see a "People's Impeachment" next Tuesday! No need for the extended version.

Arabs hold that out - the 'I can be bought' thing. It was done in Pakistan - offered to all takers - and wasn't worth crap... When will we ever learn?

“I suppose that’s his call.” Why? Why does a money-grubbing grifter like Obama care about who is in charge of Syria? If he’s that worried about bad guys, may I turn your attention to Cuba. They’re 90 miles away from us. Look at illinoispaytoplay.com. Obama is burning up the Middle East to make money rebuilding it. He’s just a dirty little money-grubbing grifter. I could maybe even grudgingly respect him if this was just part of his socialist campaign. It’s not. You’re not going to find a real socialist out on the golf course. Obama’s been out golfing, what, a hundred times since he’s been elected? Nope. A true revolutionary doesn’t have time to work on his golf game. He’s starting wars and getting people killed to make him and his buddies some money. That’s crimes against humanity stuff. That’s tribunals and people getting hung stuff. Bad news Barack.
